[Resolved] Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. — not refunding the money | |||
I have prepaid the amount Rs2999 for Ubislate7+ in Feb 2012 as an advance booking. First they promised the delivery in march, then April, then May and the last promise was in September. (I have emails for proofs) But still i have not received the device. Now, I don't want the device any more and asked for the refund. I have shared my all required bank details as they requested but they are not responding to me for now one and a half month even though i have sent multiple email. My booking id: PM83BA75BF 04 I'm afraid this is a fraud company and i'm never going to get back my money. Can anyone guide me for an official complaint?
