SIR, I HAD BOOKED AKASH TABLET UBISLATE7+ ONLINE WITH M/S DATAWIND, AMRITSAR IN FIRST WEEK OF JUNE-2012, ORDER NO.PME8391FD8B2. AS SUGGESTED BY THE COMPANY FOR A PRIOROTISED DELIVERY, I HAD PAID THE FULL AMOUNT OF RS.2999/- THROUGH AN A/C PAYEE MULTICITY CHEQUE No.055498 AND THE CHEQUE WAS CASHED BY THE COMPANY ON 21ST JUNE-2012. I WAS PROMISED DELIVERY OF THE TABLET BY THE LAST WEEK OF JUNE-2012. INSTEAD THE COMPANY HAS SENT ME E-MAIL REGRDING THE INSUFFICIENT FUND IN THE BANK ACCOUNT. AFTER THAT I HAVE SENT 3 REMINDERS FOR THE NON-DELIVERY OF THE ABOVEMENTIONED PRODUCT AND ENCASHMENT OF CHEQUE(WITH BANK A/C STATEMENT) BUT THERE IS NO REPLY RECEIVED FROM DATAWIND.
