I also own UBI Surfer for more thean a year.My free Internet access elapsed during November 2011.On verification withe my supplier M/s Sunrise Distributors in Mumbai for Recharge I was asked to deposit thee amount to thee account of Datawind innovations Pvt Ltd, held at Amritsar Branch of ICICI Bank. I have deposited Rs 500/ towards five monthes recharge subscription in thee account number of Datawind innovations provided to me. This I have done on 11the Feb. 2012 and awaiting re activation of service for Internet usage.Hope theey will act during the course of next week

Data Wind — Pathetic Post Sale Service
Although product is good for low end use but service from the company is pathetic. I am using it since last 1.5 years but after 1 year my Internet subscription expired and I am not able to recharge it since last 6 months. No one answers when I dial at the mentioned toll-free number. Its useless. Can somebody please let me know how can I recharge my internet subscription on UBI Surfer device.
