[Resolved]  Datawind — Product not delivering after receipt of payment

**Akash Tablet Ubislate 7+ By Datawind is defrauding Indian Public & they have collected Huge Amount & not delivering the Product. **
I booked one Akash Tablet Ubislate 7+ on ID PMD 253 & paid amount of Rs2999/cheque No. 755367Union Bank of India Noida complex-201301 dt.[protected]. with

They acknowledged the payment & promised delivery in the month of May by their receipt, & after continuous follow up they are delaying the delivery by month & month every time as the product will be delivered in June & then July & August & and now in their last email they are saying that the product now will be delivered in October 2012.

I am having all the email id of their confirmation of payment & promises of delivery in my record.

**I request Indian Govt. to Look into the matter & file fraud case against them or CBI enquiry should be initiated against them as they have collected huge amount from Indian Public & and A big Scam will come up.**
