Please help me in this issue to get non defected Akash Tablet from Datawind so that I can start to use this.

Hi Support team,

Wi-Fi (Wireless) of Akash Tablet never worked and I tried many times.

Wi-Fi never connects. It means there is defected wireless device.

It is trying to connect and after few times it disconnects and does not try to connect.

Please change defected wireless device of my Akash Tablet so that I can use this Tablet otherwise there is no use of Tablet.

Today I received Akash Tablet UBISLATE7 and I am unable to switch on this device even after
charging it for more than 4 hours and it only blink and then off.

I have been working from home since Friday because of this delivery and today also no one came to
deliver and it is very disappointing service from a reputed Aramex at this moment.
I never thought so much delay from a such kind of reputed Aramex courier.
