Datawind Ubislate — Non delivery o[censored]bislate7+

I am MD ZAFAR EQBAL, i have booked ubislate7+ on 02/01/2012 through ubislate official site. And i made advance payment on 13/04/2012. I received payment confirmation given below :

"This is to acknowledge
that we have received
your Cheque/Demand
Draft number
099927 of Rs2,999 of
SBI BANK . Thank you
for your payment. Your
order is
in process, You will
receive your UbiSlate 7+
in early July."


it is tooooo late but the company is frivolous.

I tried to call/email but no response.

Finally it is my highly request to you please take strict steps
