[Resolved] Datawind Ubislate — Non-working Ubislate tablet | |||
I ordered a Ubislate 7ci vide booking ID PM89ED583D5C on[protected] making full payment via Axis bank netbanking. As per the website, it was to be delivered within a week. However, it was delivered on[protected]. As instructed in the manual, I charged it for 8 hours but the device was not getting switched on. There is no indication of the device getting charged. After several attempts, I was able to contact customer support by phone and informed them about the problem. They advised me to write to [protected]@datawind.com. The complaint number is 134581. The invoice number is AMBD05130108 and the device S/N is [protected]. I have written to [protected]@datawind.com seven times giving all the details but there is no response from them. M/sDatawind has: 1. failed on the delivery time as promised 2. as per their website, Datawind promised to replace the defective item and arrange to collect the defective device from the address given but they have so far failed to take any action on the complaint. This amounts to cheating and I have no faith in this company called Datawind. Was this information helpful? | |||
