Datawind Ubislate — not refunding money of pre book tablet 7cz

Subject: Against Datawind Ubislate in ref. of cancelling the order and refunding the cash for order no. PM2A7210A5FC

Dear Sir,


I , Ashish Kumar upadhyay , has been online booked Ubislate 7cz (Delivery time 3 week) from Datawind Ubislate company "order no. PM2A7210A5FC" and prepaid Rs. 5499.00 online through Icici Debit card dated 11/01/13 .

I called them for order delivery confirmation , they told "it will take 2 months to deliver ". I request to change my product Ubislate 7c+ instead of 7cz, they asked for mail them. I mailed them dated 12/01/13 but there is no response of mail, again i called and mailed them for cancelling the order and to refund the money (rs. 5499.00).

But again they are not responding to mail . I am trying to contact customer Care continuously but nobody is receiving the call.

Sir please help me to get refund my money
