[Resolved]  DDA Flat — seepage from upper floors

I am residing in DDA Flats at mayur vihar-3 new MIG flats first floor. The second and third floor are rented and the tenants does not care about the maintainence.The sewage pipes are choked. it is a daily problem that the water get logged in the shaft area due to leakage in pipe of, seepage has come in the walls and dirty smell is comming all the time,causes breeding of dengue mosquitoes in the area The owner of flat No.78 is doing noththing to stop the water dropping down at ground floor inspite of sevaral requests. For this you will have to visit the flat and see to it than only you can understand? Hope you will look into the matter.
