[Resolved]  DDA Flat — sub:- complaint against accounts officer/west zone/ GPRS

sub : complaint of accounts officer/west zone/nprs Sir, i would like to state that i am complaining against a flat from a long period of time. But your accounts officer is not taking any strict action against it. Flat (no.335) is located in gh5and7 block, paschim vihar , new delhi-87. further important information of the flat:- (i) Alloutte name :- Raj kumar s/o of pramod kumar (ii) Allotment year :- 1989 (iii) File no. :- L031/0777/89/PV/NP (iv) Total installments :- 180 (v) Time limit of installments :- 20 years (vi) Monthly installment in Rs. :-Rs.1037.31 (vii) Pending installments :- 116 (viii) Amount to be paid through installments :- 116*1037.31= Rs.120327.96 (as on dated :- 21/2/2012) (ix) Penalty :- Rs.417723 (as on dated :- 21/02/2012) i have got this information through your accounts officer only. And he clearly states that this much amount has to be paid by this flat owner. I, am fed up by complaining to your DY. F.A. (H)-I/PIO-D.D.A. and Accounts officer-West zone/NPRS, but i haven't got any positive results from their side.I think these officers have taken bribe from the flat owner that's why they don't take action against this flat, if they had worked properly and faithfully towards this matter, the flat would have been cancelled by them till now.
