[Resolved]  DDA — NON ALLOTMENT OF JANTA FLAT IN NEW PATTERN HOUSING SCHEME 1979

I applied for a Janta flat in NEW PATTERN HOUSING SCHEME 1979. No allotment letter has been issued to me by the DDA till now. On approaching them it has been told that a flat was alloted to me and has been cancelled. I have been regularly intimating change of my correspondence address. At the time of allotment I was serving in ARMY and posted at LEH. DDA says notice was published in newspaper but they should know what's the point when the new papers at that time were not available in LEH. My initial registration certificate is still valid and amount deposited with DDA, inspite of that they say the scheme has already closed, they don't have any records now and nothing can be done. I was in Class IX when I applied for the scheme and now today I have retired from INDIAN ARMY. Can anything be done? [protected]@yahoo.com, [protected]
