MY WIFE TOO HAD APPLIED FOR THE SLUM WING RESIDENTIAL FLAT SCHEME, 1985 BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN HEARD SO FAR. THIS SORT OF AFFAIRS IS DEPLORABLE AND REQUIRES ACTION AGAINST THE ERRING OFFICIALS FOR NON ALLOTMENT OF FLAT. wE ARE READY TO GO TO COURT IF OTHER APPLICANTS AGREE.

My friend, Mr. Lekh Raj, had deposited Rs 3000/ in 1985 for dda slum wing residential flat registration scheme for slum dwellers and other -1985. my registration no is 4966/SC, having application no. 51144 since 1985 no response recd.yet. please send some present status/information regarding. my contact no is [protected].please help me in this matter. i will be thankful .

Administration of land is the matter of state as per contents of the constitution and schedule thereof but in case of delhi being a national capital and the seat of the president of india all powers to administer the land in delhi is restricted to the central government . The central government being a responsible authority to administer the acquisition and distribution of land in delhi state failed . The parliament of india is totally failed and proved itself irresponsible .

My father booked a flat in 1985 and submitted a sum of Rs. 3000/- under the scheme "Residential Flats Registration Scheme for Slum Dwellers and Other - 1985.
It has been almost 24 years since my father applied under this scheme. But till the date we have not received any response from 'Delhi Development Authority'.my registration no is 5115/SC, having application no. 3767.since 1985 no response recd.yet and there is no information available on the web regarding this scheme.

Can you please help us to know the current status of the Scheme and our Application. The information regarding the application is as under:

all the slum dwellers are citizens of india having equtable right in the territory of india, government of india is ponsible to provide accomodation by acquiring land through its land acquisition commissioners, but the parliament and the development department/ministry is not acquiring the required quantum of land because of its melafied and bad intention. all the parliamentarian and administrators are addicted to use undemocratic way and avoid welfare of the citizens after getting elected/selected to their seat. once the seat is occupied after compilitation of election/selection, the concerned persion is not responsible to answer any person and have special protection against sitting idle . almost all the development corporation/authority has data of citizens in need of land for accomodation but they do not make arrangement for acquisition of land, parliament of india having monopoly in the national capital under the constitution of india but do not take any steps to acquire land to catter all the registered/needy citizens. land acquisition department is failed to acquire sufficiant quantity of land leading to unauthorised development of the capital .

I have also applied under the schcme dda slumwing in 1985 and deposited rs.3000/- in Central Bank Of India but so far nothing has been heared. this is matter of high concern that even after a period of 24 years govt has not declared/allotted the flats/plots

Magar hamari samsiya ka koi samadhan nahi nikal paya hai. Aap ki koi aisi web side bhi nahi hai jime ham aniya jankari prapt kar sake kirpiya aap hi bataye agar hame koi iska jawab nahi mila to hum sab mil kar media ke samne le kar ayende.
