[Resolved]  Dda Slum Wing Residential Flat Registration — Scheme for slum dwellers and other - 1985

HI My Father has applied for the flat under the DDA SLUM WING RESIDENTIAL FLAT REGISTRATION SCHEME FOR SLUM DWELLERS AND OTHER -1985. But we have not yet received any response.

Could you please advise us on the status of the application and the process to keep track??

I had applied in dda slums and dwellers scheme 1985 and deposited Rs 3000/- in central bank of india Tilak nagar Branch priority No 6997/G but after about 29 years has been passed still i m waiting the flat.it will allot in my life time or after my death when everything will be finish.At the time of registration my daughter was born nd now she has been married nd my son birth in 1987 nd also married but wait if flat is still waiting, waiting nd waiting

WHEN WE ALL HAD APPLIED FOR FLATS THE TECHNOLOGY WAS NOT SO MUCH DEVELOPED.

NOW AT LEAST EACH ONE O[censored]S KNOWS THAT HE / SHE OR HIS / HER PARENT ARE NOT THE ONLY SUFFERERS.

WE ALL HAVE MOBILE PHONES AND E MAILS.

IS IT NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO GATHER AT SOME COMMON PLATFORM AND COME TOGETHER TO DISCUSS

WHAT TO DO NOW.

SHOULD WE NOT AT LEAST BE IN TOUCH WITH OTHERS CONCERNED.

AT LEAST WE CAN TALK WITH OTHERS THROUGH MOBILE PHONE.

OR WE SHOULD CONTINUE TO WAIT FOR ANY BY ANY AUTHORITY TO TAKE ACTION FOR US WITHOUT OUR

APPROACHING THEM...

I had applied in this DDA scheme "Residential Flat Registration Scheme For Slum Dwellers And Other - 1985" vide application number 64414 dated 30/1/86 priority number 3576/G. It will be great if we can get an update on the same. There is hardly any information available online except article on ET (http://articles.economictimes.indiatimes.com/[protected]/news/31066821_1_flat-a...⇄ Delhi government told to expedite flat allotment to 20, 000 slum dwellers. Kindly let me know in case there is any other development and how we all can fight it together.

I subhash chander sharma had deposited Rs 3000/- at central ban k of india tilak nagar branch as on 29.12.1985 under slum dwellers & others scheme 1985.I am still waiting to allot the flat in this berth bcaz what is the use to allot flat after my death.My humble request to DDA to allot the flat on top priority.

Sir, I have applied in 1985 DDA Slum Wing Residential Flat vide Registration No. 36617 (Priority No. 9724/G) and a sum of Rs. 3, 000/- was deposit. What is the status of the flats ? and when will I get the said flat. It has been learnt that as per direction of Hon'ble Court the flats are being allotted to the applicants. Please intimate the latest position of the scheme.

In the year 2013 Delhi high COurt has passed an order directing the DDA to allot the plot/flat. i am also trying the same as one of my relative has applied in the scheme.

Refund of registration fees.

Dear DDA, I had applied for DDA flats. However, I did not win lottery, but my Registration fee refund is still pending at DDA/PNB bank end. Kindly check my status and refund my money at earliest. Application Number is 478370..

Refund not received
