dealsandyou — Double Payment
Beware Of shopping from DealsAndYou website. Their deals arent much to go by and on top of that they are all out to loot you. I recently bought SunGlasses from them by paying thru credit card and their delivery boy charged the same amount from my friend while delivering. Since it was my gift to her, the entire episode ruined the experience. Now when we are demanding the money back, their customer representatives are not even bothering to check and revert. Will never recommend this site to any one!! Dear Isas,

MY NAME IS K.SELVAKUMAR FROM CHENNAI. I TOO PURCHASED A REEBOK PRODUCT LAST MONTH. COMPANY FIRST TOLD THEY WILL DELIVER WITH IN 21 DAYS. THEN WHEN I CONTACTED THEY SAID PRODUCT NOT READY, CHANGE OF PRODUCT IS POSSIBLE .THEY HAD ASKED FOR MY
CONFIRMATION.WHEN I SAID I DO NOT WANT THE DIFFERENT PRODUCT ASKED FOR REFUND OF MY MONEY.AFTER THAT THEY ARE NOT EVEN RESPONDING FOR MY MAILS.I ALSO CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE WITH INDIFFERENT REPLIES.STILL THEY ARE SAYING IT WILL TAKE TWO TO THREE WORKING DAYS.FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, THEY ARE REPEATING THE SAME WORDS. IAM LOOKING FOR LEGAL BUT NOT GETTING THEIR PROPER ADDRESS. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME IN PROVIDING THEIR PROPER ADDRESS. THIS KIND OF FRAUDS HAS TO BE PUNISHED.

I appreciate your comments. As you said very rightly, these type of Fraudulent people has to be punished severely. Now a days, these types of online crime / cheaters is seen mostly. Some one has to bell the cat. We people in the society be need to take such initiatives to stop these type of nonsense. By doing these at least the other online sellers will get rectified themselves or the online users be safe.
