Deals And You — Cancel my order without my permission

Dear sir
I have ordered a phone Named Sony Ericsson Xperia pro on 30th of October on Rs. 13299 price by Cash on Delevery by Deals and You site ([URL="http://dealsandyou.com"]http://dealsandyou.com[/URL]). According to their policy they deliver product within 21 working days after order.My 21 working days have been completed on 2nd of December.Today is 27th of December means 14 working days have been extended.Today I got a mail that they can't complete that deal so they forcefully canceling my order.They canceled my order without my permission.
There was many discount deals on same phone on other site during my working days was running (i.e. 1stNov. to 30th Nov).There was 4 exciting deals on other site within this duration and they deliver within 5 working days,but because of I had make a deal with deals and you so i didn't make that deals.

I wan't to know that

1)Have they authority to cancel my order forcefully without my permission after the completing my working days?

2)Am I deserve the compensation for this deal?

3)If yes then how much and according to which section or rule?
