Deals And You — Deals and you cheated and fools people

Hi,

My Name is Sai Krishna. I had brought a product from Dealsandyou.com with Order no:634251 Dt: 8th June. The product is a Smallest HD Cam. I had purchased it for Rs 1399/- The product was not at all working. I had contacted Dealsandyou immediately and had told them the same same for which they replied reverse pick up would be done in 48 hours. I had asked the person to come on that Saturday and no body had turned back. I had again contacted the Deals and you customer care and the only reply i get is reverse pick up is arranged and it will be done within 48Hours. But till today nothing has been done. The product is kept like that in a packing for so many days. My Telephone bill had crossed the amount of my product and now they are asking me to send the product back without any refund to the shipping money too..

I have been making them many phone calls for the process or to send a person to take the product back and refund my money but everytime the e-mail I receive from them is that somebody will contact me in 48 hours but nobody contacted its been more than 2 months..

Its a mental harassment by Deals and you to a customer by asking him to contact others for the faulty product I received from them. I request you to take necessary action on this issue immediately.
