I HAVE BOOKED COMPUTER HARDDISK OF 1TBATE. SEAGATE MAKE AND PAID TOTAL AMOUNT THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD ON 31ST MARCH 2011. FIRST THEY TOLD IT TAKES 21 DAYS TO DELIVER. AFTER THAT MATERIAL IS ALREADY DESPATCHED. NOW THEY WON'T RETURN MY AMOUNT AND THEY CAN NOT SAY THE DELIVERY DATE. THERE IS NO RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN THEIR OFFICE. MY ORDER NO IS : 85408. Sometimes the delivery or product ordered online takes more than the committed time. The reason could be a delay in dispatch from the original vendor to the distributor. I would suggest you to be patient and your order will reach you soon.

Why there is no communication from this worst company and they are assuring with in a week days the goods delivery. Then they will say 21 days. after 21 working days. now is no response.
Is it not their responsibility.
Why they are denying to give reply atleast as a courtesy
How can i know the delivery of the goods.
Why they are giving their office addreallss to meet them.
Is it not a company established to cheat the people?.
I[censored] have pl. provide their offece address and correct landline no. to access from my BSNL Land line.
