Deals And You — Order not received

I have ordered a HTC phone via Deals & You through their website www.dealsandyou.com on 22nd July, 2012.
I have been provided with the order no 741099. It has been mentioned there that the product delivery time is 5-7 days.
After waiting for 7 days I have called them up & they informed me that they had shipped the phone through Quantium Couriers via shipment# D40103585.
While tracking this no. through the courier website i.e. www.quantiumsolutions.com, I came to know that this id was not valid in their database.
Also, while going through the deals&you website, it shows that my order has been shipped through first flight couriers.
I have written to them several times but am unable to find any clue of the order.
I have made the payment in full & it looks like I have been cheated through this website.
Please help me in this regards.
