dealsandyou — Weight & Piece Cheating

See mails below. I ordered some chocolates from dealsandyou.com which is a HIGHLY unprofessional, inefficient, incompetent, and unethical company. Sarika from Fab Chocolates confirmed the receipt of an order of 250 gms of assorted chocolates. But, on receipt, the weight was found to be only 200 gms (which is 20% less). On pointing that out, Sarika said that they'd committed only 20 pieces. On counting, only 18 pieces were found. Despite repeated reminders, Fab Chocolates and dealsandyou.com have done NOTHING about this cheating. Sarika of Fab Chocolates, and Amit Batra and Rania Punjabi of dealsandyou.com are involved in this. Only Leena Patil of dealsandyou.com, Mumbai tried to help somewhat. Moreover, here are no identifying stickers on the wrappers to identify various flavors and distinguish between individual pieces. This is a hassle as some people in my family don't eat certain flavors at all, while others only relish some particular flavors.

Dear Mr.

The offer states approx. 20 chocolates . As far as the different
flavours are concerned, they are shape coded. Each floviour is of a
different shape.
