RESPECTED SIR,
WE WERE REGULAR CUSTOMERS TO DECCAN CHRONICLE NEWS PAPER AT VIJAYAWADA (SINCE 2YRS WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS). SIR THE ISSUE IS WHEN EVER WE ARE NOT GETTING PAPER FOR THAT DAY WE USE TO CUT THE CHARGES USE TO PAY FOR THE REMAINING DAYS. THIS WE USE TO DO AS WE TRIED TO COMPLAINED TO THE AGENT, HE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO THE PHONE CALLS. SIR, NOW I HAVE SHIFTED MY HOUSE TO THE NEW ADDRESS BEFORE THAT SAME MANNER WE HAVE TRIED THE AGENTS MOBILE NUMBER AND HE HAS NOT RESPONDED SO WE CALLED UP THE DC OFFICE VIJAYAWADA WE TOLD ABOUT THE HOUSE SHIFTING AND REQUESTED TO SEND THE AGENT TO COLLECT THE PAYMENT FOR THE MONTH HE HAS GIVEN US THE PAPER 18TH WE HAVE SHIFTED FROM RAMAVARAPPADU, VIJAYAWADA TO KRISHNA LANKA, VIJAYAWADA AND 19TH HE HAS CALLED AND STARTED TALKING RUDELY. WE HAVE COMPLAINED TO VIJAYAWADA DC OFFICE THEY HAVE ASKED US TO INFORM THE AGENT NEXT TIME HE CALLS US TO CALL THE OFFICE. THE SAME I HAVE CONVIED TO THE AGENT ON 26TH WHEN HE HAS CALLED TO MY MOBILE THEN HE STARTED USING ALL FOUL N FILTHY LANGUAGE. SIR REGARDING WHICH WE HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT TO THE DC OFFICE VIJAYAWADA. BUT THE WAY WE GOT THE REPLY SHOWS THAT THEY ARE TALKING IN FAVOUR OF THE AGENT. NOW THE AGENT FORCING ME TO GIVE THE 3 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION WHERE AS I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY ONLY 1 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION. SIR I DONOT HAVE LAST BILL PAY SLIP WHICH I HAVE LOST DURING HOUSE SHIFTING. SIR ITS A MATTER OF Rs 180/- FOR THREE MONTH, BUT THE WAY THE AGENT HAS BEHAVED AND THE UGLY WORD HE HAS UTTERED OVER THE PHONE CALLS MAKES ME FEEL BAD . SIR I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO WITH THIS SITUATION.

Deccan Chronicle — Complete Paper missing

Hi,

I am live in GB Palya (Bangalore). I purchased Deccan Cronicle this Saturday. I didnt receive Entertainment copy(24 page free copy).(Charged Rs 2.50 still) This happened last week as well.
