[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — DEDUCTING BILL AMOUNT TWICE

REF: Debit card Number:[protected]
I had Purchased clother amounting to Rs. 366.00 from Big Bazar, Dhanbad Outlet situated at Saraidhella, Dhanbad on dated[protected] and paid the said amount from my debit Card Number [protected] of HDFC Bank, Dhanbad. The Related staff swap the card twice by giving reason that our swaping machine is not working properly.

But, today, I find in my bank statement that the above said amount is debited two times.
Therefore, the related authority are requested to take the necessary action for the same and credit the above said amount of Rs. 366.00 in my account number [protected], HDFC Bank, Dhanbad Branch in the name of Mamta Bulani, as early as possible. Otherwise I have to take neccessary legal steps against your company.
