[Resolved] Delhi Development Authority (DDA) — NON RECEIPT OF APPLICATION MONEY -DDA SCHEME 20101

I Amrish Manan ,Application No - 0012408 , had applied for DDA Housing Scheme 2010 and had submitted at Axis Bank ,B-2,3 , Sec-16 Branch Noida UP - Rs 1.50 Lacs Application Money in the form of Demand Draft to DDA .Since I did not get any allotment of Flat in the said scheme I am still waiting for my Refund amount . Its already 13th May '2011 and almost ONE MONTH SINCE THE DRAW WAS ANNOUNCED HOWEVER THERE IS NO SIGN OF MY REFUND .
THE NODAL BANK IN MY CASE IS - AXIS BANK E-64 GREATER KAILASH -1 NEW DELHI -48 , CONCERNED OFFICIAL - MR GAURAV TANDON , PHONE NO :[protected].
HOWEVER SINCE LAST 15 DAYS I HAVE BEEN TRYING THE SAID PHONE NO. BUT ITS ALWAYS ENGAGED . I TRIED TO CONTACT SEC 16 BRANCH OF AXIS BANK WHERE I HAD SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION MONEY , HOWEVER THERE IS NO HELP FROM THEM ALSO . I ASKED FOR MOBILE NO OF HIGHER OFFICIAL IN AXIS BANK GK-1 BRANCH BUT WAS TOLD BY SEC-16 BRANCH THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY ??
THROUGH THIS FORUM I REQUEST YOU TO PL. LET ME KNOW WHOM TO APPROACH FOR TO GET BACK MY REFUND , SINCE I AM LOOSING INTEREST ON A DAILY BASIS ON IT

DDA DELHI — non receipt of application money

I had applied for dda housing scheme 2010.The application numbers was 9458534(sarita kumari),754039(ravi ranjan kumar) & 9670561(ravi ranjan kumar). The registration amount for the first two application forms was paid 50,000(DD no. 712399 & 712269 resp.) & Was applied worngly for lig flats.
That is why I had applied the 3rd application(above mentioned appl.No.9670561)in the name of me for lig flats and paid the registration amount of rs.1.5 lakh(DD no 712526).
The dda scheme 2010 lucky draw was declared in the month of april 2011 & I was an unsuccessful one. But I had not yet received all my application amounts till today.
May I be helped by the grahak seva in the matter.
