[Resolved] Delhi Jal Board — Water Supply Polluted, No Taste, Salty & Smelling | |
I am Ashok Kumar, R/O J3/3, Police Station Defence colony, ND-49, in South Delhi. The locality is just behind the Police Station Defence colony. I want to talk from my locality that we are facing so many problems in water supply in our colony. From last week we are getting dirty water supply, which is so polluted and no taste, salty & smelling also. So that we are suffering in so many of decease. I have heard a lot about this portal that here most of the problem can be solved easily. So I request to my Government and honorable CM to take some useful steps so that we can live easily in our Delhi. It is my humble request to improve the condition of water supply here. Most of family are suffering with different dieases with effect of the water supplied to us

I want to talk from my locality that we are facing so many problems in water supply in our colony. Delhi Jal Board — Polluted Water Supply
The water supply through the service lane of house no. RZ-5 to RZ-9 in Indra Park Extn., East Uttam Nagar, New Delhi contains sewer water in it. Many complaints have been lodged from June, 2006 to till date but no permanent remedy is done. Now, water supply is contaminated for the last 10 days and complaint was lodged with the Delhi Jal Board on 29.09.09 but till date no action has been taken. As a result the water supply in the nearby area is also being affected and give smell of sewer water. It is dangerous for the health of the residents.
