my K no is[protected], water connection no.21532 area sector -6 rohini adress is Kripal singh cw-162 sanjay ghandhi transport nagar delhi-42 As i reqested for disconnesction of my above connection in written on28-02-08 with a final payment of my bill upto final reading of 371 but you official has not disconnected my above connection my complaint till nor i have used any water. my reading in a meter is still on 371, neither any bill has been sent till today but your official has sent a notice of rupees 11460/- i am mentally shocked to see that bill without any fault you are requested to see that matter earlier

I am a doctor and has a clinic at B6/2, Ground Floor, Secotr-5, Rohini. I am a dental sureon and started my practice at above

location Since Jan 2006 (Bought on July 2005). When i started my practice, i received a Bill of RS 22,292 on 08/03/2006,I

talked to officials at at Level and finally i paid the entire amount. A Person from MCD installed new meter and then i never

got the bill. I and my husband visited many times to request for meter readings. On Saturdays they said, please come on

Monday and Nothing happended on Mondays and Finally again we got a bill of 30,734 on 19/03/2009 We met Senior most officials

at office and he kept redirecting to various other officers. Again finally they asked us that nothing can be done, you pay

this bill and then you will start getting regular bills.

Again the same story, no bill since Feb 2009. Meter reader came and he refused to note the reading. I visited MCD office and

met JRO and finally meter reading was noted on his request. Again no bill received..

Finally today again, i visited MCD office they gave me 3000RS manual bill for Mar- May and Not sure what is going to happen

after this.. In total i have already paid around 50,000 RS. but not one is ready to listen.This is how the educated citizens at Delhi are being treated.

The only issue i can see is that we have not paid money in MCD department and will not pay and rather will get the water

connection disconnected. i am hardly using 20-30 ltrs of water per day ( working 2 hrs only in clinic) for which i have paid

40-50 thousand in last 3 years.

Also i requested for name change around 3 years back.. No action has taken for that and no one is there is tell the status

Request you to resolve my issues. Either i should get a fixed amount bill or someone should note the meter reading. My

I am residing in Govindpuri, kalkaji area and my k.no. is [protected] and connection no. 60141.

My metre is running in well condition but bills are sending as defective meter since 16.8.08 and charges 20kl pm as average basis. No body visited for taking reading but bill makes in the office without taking reading. When I visited jal board office at Adhchini GK-I The Inspector sitting there has confirmed that you will receive next bill as per reading he also taken xerox copy of my bill. but again bill receive as defective metre.I am depositing all the bills in time.

You are requested top please sent your representative to take reading and adjust all money deposit by me in excess.

Dear concerned,

I am a resident of C-463, SFS, Sheikh Sarai, Phase -1, New Delhi and I have already lodged the complaint in delhi jal board and received the message that the complaint has been rectified but still for the past 2 months after receiving the message, I have not got my water bill. So, I want you bring to your kind attention as previously stated that any surcharges incured due to delay in payment will be beared by the delhi jal board not by me as it is not a fault from my side. Hope this time a proper and prompt action will be taken for this.

We are getting smelly contaminated water supply from Delhi Jal Board.
Despite calling Mr S. K. Gupta, grievance officer of Delhi Jal Board Keshav Puram(model town subzone) in our area the problem remains same.
He said that sewer mixing is happening in my residential property. Whereas, we do not have the water supply pipes under ground, the pipes are laying on the ground level which can be clearly seen and sewer line is 4 fts deep under the ground. So mixing of the sewer is not possible within my property area.
Due to negligence of the Delhi Jal Board Officer who is not willing to take up the matter seriously we still get poisonous dirty water which can cause harm to the life of people of my locality.
Please look into the matter and take strict action against the responsible Delhi Jal Board Officer and get the problem resolved as soon as possible.

I am staying in Punjabi basti Baljeet nagar new delhi-8, we are getting 15 minutes water supply from janta Park Booster Pumping station, whereas one of the area is getting 1.5 hrs water supply from the same booster pump.so please reply me is it justified?

There is little supply of water in gali no.8 Govindpuri,Kalkaji,ND-19 especially at 939/8,Govindpuri in my house.Would u please check why there is low supply of water.several complaints were logged in regular intervals but no action was taken by JE Girinagar.I don't understand why is he not entertaining my complaints.

Plz take quick action.

The sewer behind our house in E-block, house No. 996 back side in Chittranjan Park New Delhi-110019, is blocked since last fifteen days. Inspite of repeated complaints and requests, the local staff has not taken any action. The dirty water is over flowing in the kitchen. Any body can imagine how we are able to live like this. We have to bear the dirty smell which is very serious threat to the health of my family. I request you take immediate action in this regard.

I am Tara Chand ( a blind Person) residing at H.No... 2843, Gali Rajputna Street, Subzi Mandi, Delhi- 7. According to our information, we come know that u are ordered for the new handpumb on our street. But your officers and some more are force us to make that on our touchnig wall when I object on this they were not listen any thing regarding this, although i furnished an application regarding this in subzi mandi thane on 23-09-09.

But no body listen me today...i just request them to placed that handpumb 60-70 meters away from my house because my house is very old and made up of mud and that ocuppy water very fastly and result it will damage my house walls. I am fully depend on my house for my survival...i am blind handicapped and old person and not other means of survival i have. It will create a huge problem for me...

This is request pls ordered them to place the handpump 60-70 meters away from my house Although My home adjacent wall have one MCD tap and that is sufficient for us and our near surrounding peoples.

This is to inform u that we already have one govt handpump and Two MCD taps in our street.

Please help me as soon as possible because your offical says to us that they were come tommorow and imposed handpump.

Please take necessary action regarding this.

We are making this complaing that we are suffering with scare city of water in 31 block west patel nagar New Delhi. Met politician , Engineer of Delhi Jal Board also. But no result. Continue 3 days water supply is not there it is regular feature of our block. If Board supply water it is up to 10 minute only. Can any body survive with this. This is really shame on us as a citizen of India. We are income tax payee and other tax are also paid as per the rules. Following all the rules made but sorry to say that Delhi jal Board never think that this is a right of every citizen of india to get water as a fundamentle right. Because of the indisperity of Govt office one persone become helpless and forced to raise voice against the corrupt officer. if they will not resume the continue and smooth supply definetly we will file a case against the currept officer of patel nagar and also make complaint in Sonia darbar to get the justice.

2. I have received bill no 33864 dated 19 Jun 2009 for Rs 213.00 payable by 06 Jul 09 and the same was paid on 01 jul 09 at theirr collection cetre located in Sagarpur vide their receipt No 8938.

3. Now I have received another water bill No 81390 dated 4 Sep 09 which include arrears of previous bill which is highly irregular.

Even after payment of all the water connection bills of DJB in time, I am receiving balance amount in all the bills. My details are as under:

After Bill No.123784 drd 3.10.07 I am always getting balance in all my bills though no balance payment is due. Two times I have paid the full amount inlcuding the balance payment (though it was already paid) but still getting balance payment. Bill No.264389 dtd.5.3.08 showed balance of Rs.237 which I got corrected in DJB office and paid balance of Rs.283 on 15.3.08 in Preet Vihar DJB office. Thereafter I got bill No.56491 dtd 5.7.08 which showed balance of Rs.249 so I paid Rs.471 after reducing the balance amount. The next bill No.114632 dtd 13.10.08 I again got balance of Rs.261 and paid Rs.695 after reducing the same on 20.10.08. The next bill no.205792 dtd 17.1.09 I got balanace of Rs.274 BUT TO GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM I PAID TOTOAL AMOUNT INCLUDING ALL BALANCE AS RS.865 MORE THAN THE DUE AMOUNT ON 13.1.09. BUT AFTER PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT AGAIN I GOT BALANCE OF RS.288 IN BILL NO.227643 DTD 2.3.09 AND AFTER GETTING CORRECTED IN DJB OFFICE I PAID RS.328 AS ADIVSED BY DJB PERSONS. BUT AFTER THAT ALSO IN THE PRESENT BILL NO.123784 DTD. 8.9.09 WHICH SHOWS BALANCE RS.317. Thus You will appreicate that though I have already paid all the ;amount but correction are not being made in the bills.

You may kindly help me in this regard.

An unauthorized and illegal water connection working in front of house No. 37/1,Gali No.5,Krishan kunj Extn, Laxmi Nagar,Delhi-110092 in the area of ward no.221 (Photo attached) with collusion of J.E. of Delhi Jal Board.
I am sorry to say that after my complaint to the GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL on[protected]copy of complaint with complaint number attached) No any action taken by Delhi Jal Board on my complaint...

I, Ashok Gupta, resident of 121 bharat nagar delhi-110052 near Ashok vihar has applied for water connection on[protected] vide acknowledgement number-348083 file number-97 but till now i have not got th connection.

Inspite of your their visits to our place, doccuments completed in all respects, and 4-5 times my personal visits there has been undue delay in sanctioning water connection from the prescribed time limit.

On few ocassions the concerned persons were not found in chair and during my last visit one of the official has ignored my request completely.

I have to arrange water around 70 meters away from my home from my temple. It is very tough to carry 10 buckets twice a day every day.

Please do the needfull to reduce th einconvience caused to me.

approx. 100 illegal water connections are taken by residents of Vijay Vihar phase-1, near Sect-5, Rohini, from the water line of Rithala between the two govt. schools to petrol pump, which completely disturb the water supplu of Rithala,
kindly arrange to disconnect and put the illegal pipes from the road at the earliest.if any Govt. employee has taken this illegal connection, should be penalised and punished
