Delhi Jal Board — no water supply in your area from past 1 week

To,

Respected Sir,
SUB- No water supply in our area for past 1 week.
This is to inform u that there has been no water supply in our area MAYUR VIHAR PH-2; POCKET-C, infront of Mother Dairy booth, FLAT NO: 110 TO 115 (east delhi) from past 1 week. This has been creating alot of problems for the residents. There is no system being followed for supply of water as 4 flats in the same area are recieving proper supply. We have already filed several complaints with the Delhi Jal Board and have even approached the senior officials of the department, but no action has been taken till now. This neglegence towards the needs and problems of the consumer leaves a bad remark about The Board. I would kindly like to request u to please look into the matter and to solve it as soon as possible.

Sir,
I am TR Gautam staying in 5271, Bharat Nagar, Shora Koti Pahar Ganj, New Delhi. The concern I want to highlight here is related to the water supplied by our so called 'DELHI JAL BOARD'. The quality of water they supply is realiy awful, It stinks, bad in test & colored in one word its PETHETIC. I reaily don't understand why our civiv amenties are so careless about their work, whereas they are the one who should be more conceren about these thins. The use of such quaility of water can lead to many deceases and can cause serve health related problems.
As I can see this efficent board (DJB) have already 2 & 3 times complaints against them hence it can be easily guessed how efectively they are providng service all consumers in Delhi.

Thaking you,
TR Gautam

sub: Improper maintenance of Water Lines and Sewer Lines
Respected sir/madam

We are the residents of Rama Park (A-block), Najafgarh, Uttam Nagar (New Delhi-59) which comes under the West Zone area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from several weeks which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it is coming directly from drains. Also I would like to draw your attention towards the open sewer lines which were being dug one and a half month before and simultaneously sand dug by the labourers were taken away by the contractor causing creation of several craters in our area. Due to this already a lady has injured and still DJB is waiting for more. Daily vehicles become submarine. We request you to kindly check it and do the needful.

Thanks & regards

Respected sir/madam,
I resident o[censored]ttam nagar, also agree with this problem as we are facing the same problem of irregular and dirty water supply since last 3-4 months. And it is really very difficult to survive without proper water supply. Every work need water i.e. washing clothes, utensils, making food etc. we can manage in all at some level but not in case of cooking food and bathe as it creates health problems like itching, and other internal problems.

I hope this problem will be resolved ASAP and we need not to complaint again and again.

Thanking You
Yours faithfully
