Dear Sir,

I am a resident of WB-149, Second Floor, Gali No. 7, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092.

I am not getting my Water Bills since the connection was provided. There are 4 floors in our building and 4 water connections are taken at same time in 2005. Our Floor members are getting their bills except me.

The other water connection nos. are 71456, 71458 and 71459. My Water connection is 71457.

Regarding the water bill we already informed to Delhi Jal Board, Preet Vihar Branch office several times but there is no action taken yet.

I request to ZRO Preet Vihar to take action as soon as possible and send us my water bill.

For your Kind attention we have paid our water bills based on our neighbours bills and proper documentary proofs are available with me.

The Paid receipts, connection documents and Meter documents are enclosed herewith.

Delhi Jal Board — No water since April 2009

I am a resident of 136, Mukherjee Park, New Delhi-110018, a colony under Sh.Chandelaji, our area councillor.Since April 2009 no water comes in the pipe line feeding to houses no 124-129 & 133-138.In this regard unaccountable mobile calls were made by residents to Sh. Prashant Goyal the junior engineer incharge of our area, a meeting with area councillor Sh Chandelaji in April 2nd week to appraise him about the grim/acute water problem.They showed their inability in the wake of elections but promised to look into the matter by Ist lowering the pipe line to make the water flow in the line(A line in other block was lowered for the same problem but not now & they get plenty of water without a break.As per them the previous engineer did'nt look into the proper lowering of the pipe line), then also promised to make an underground reservoir in the colony to agument the supply but no progress in the making.
We are facing a numerous problem which can not be explained in words.See the juggi jhopri area in the adjacent have illegaly connected to main pipe line going t o Janakpuri get water in the morning & evening without paying any charges .All competant authorities know about it but they have not been able to solve our problem.
We the residents again request to restore the water supply to the above mentioned houses without any delay as the patience is loosing out by the day.

Water — No availability of water from last 3 to 4 years.

Sir/Mam,
It is requested that we the resident of Chand Nagar plot 251 to 312 , are facing a lot of difficulty for non availability of drinking water since 3 to 4 years. The bills against above period has been paid regularly , even than no supply of water has been given till date. If any day water comes it is very dirty with sever line mixing water.
The resident of our lane r requested for proper supply of drinking water at an early date. it is also brought to the knowledge of Executive Engineer (west) I Delhi jal board Hari Nagar on dated 20/10/2009 but till date our problem is still pending. Please take necessary action for our problem .

Delhi Jal Board — Not Received the Bills

I am residance of G-183, Hari Nagar, New Delhi -58, I had not received the water bill seience last 3 months. When ever the bill comes its always add the let chargs but in same time thay are not use to send the bills on time.

I am residing budh vihar delhi and i don't receive the jal bill since last 7 months, even i contact delhi jal board in the jal board office they said that our server is not working and they are not sure that about the time of because the management is not interested this is the govt. department when they send the bill the consumer have to pay the bill any way and any how sir i purchase the house on 7 months ago and i don't know the outstanding if the jal board send the bill after few months with a hues amount than how will i do is this not a punishment with the public that they vote to mrs. shila dixit as a CM

I had sent online complaint in March 2010 regarding water bill which are received by me with wrong meter reading. Official from your department came and note down the actual meter reading and assured me that correct will be sent to me after rectification. I had hand over them the duplicate copies of the incorrect bills alongwith application for rectifying the same. Two months back I received a telephone call from your department given assurance that may complaint is being considered and they will sent the correct water will with in few days. But till date I have not received the water bill whereas other owner of my building are getting water bills on time, You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful so that I can clear all my dues on time.

I am a resident of B 150, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi-110019

I am not getting my Water Bills for the water connections mentioned above since the connections were provided. These connections were taken at the same time in August, 2012. I had approached the G K 1 office many times & each time I was told that the bill would be received in the next billing cycle.

We have an earlier water connection ( New K No [protected] ) for which we are regularly receiving bill & payment is promptly made. Last month also, the meter reading of all the three connections were taken on the same date & time & were assured that we would get bills for all the three connections. However, we have received bill only for the connection ( New K No [protected] ) which is in ground floor and not for the connections for 1st & 2nd Floor.

The last time I approached the GK I office I made a complaint & received a diary number 4198 dt 17.10.2013. however no action has been taken in this regard till date

I request to ZRO, (W) S-III, G K I to take action as soon as possible and send us the water bills for the 1st & 2nd floor connections. Nos 54371 & 54372.
