Sir, I would like to inform you that I have made a single transaction but my account debited twice by the merchant where as I sign in one transaction slip only.I already informed to the merchant but the simply neglecting the matter. Actually at the first time the merchant said that transaction slip not generated after swiping my debit card so they swap again but my account debited for two times where as I didn't sign in 2 transaction slip.The details are given below.-- My Bank Name - State bank Of India Branch.-Baholi,Panipat-132140 A/C. - [protected] Merchant Name- Desun Hospital Pharmacy Addr- Kolkata, EM bypass The Transaction Date- 17th Jan'2010 Transaction Id- [protected](I have this transaction slip) [protected](no transaction slip generated but amount debited from a/c ) Amount - Rs 6014 only Please help me to retrieve my amount.
