[Resolved]  Dining Plus — Misleading information/Promotional offer by Dining Plus

Dear Sir,

On 23.1.2012, I received phone call from no.91-[protected] (they are calling them as SBI personnel/Dining Plus) regarding offer of

1) Reebok coupon worth Rs.2500/- for payment of Rs.100 as courier charges

2) Dinning and shopping benefit card for availing discounts up to 30% free

3) Two holiday packages of 2 nights and 3 days in 9 months for a family in a 3 star or 4 star hotels of our choice costing about Rs.60,000/- to Rs.70000/-.

For this they said they will deduct Rs.6300/- in the next bill of my creidt card.

They said that the courier will reach next 10-15 days.

They have also given help line nos as [protected]

I am not sure about the geniuness of this offer and called the above no and understood that they are Dinining Plus card company and offering schemes to clients of reputed banks credit card customers.

I requested them not to consider my willingness for the above offer and cancel the offer (after seeing lot of complaints in net on this).

Inspite of that, I got an SMS from SBI confirming transaction by Dining Plus for Rs.6300/- and has been deducted from my credit card.

On 24.1.2012, once again called thier help line no regarding above transaction inspite of my unwillingness expressed to them.
After many discussions, they said they will reverse the transaction and amount of Rs.6300/- will be refunded to my SBI credit card account No. [protected], VISA within next seven days.

I am not very confident of thier promise and I request you to take necessary action against them for getting a refund of Rs.6300/- to my account.

I have already sent a mail to SBI credit card customer support on 23.1.2012 and requested them not to entertain transaction by them.
But inspite of that Rs.6300/- has been deducted on my credit card account on 24.1.2012.
