[Resolved]  Dish TV — 201. Card Refresh Error

I am facing this problem from last week.My VC no. is [protected]. I called customer care number of times and answer is tune ur tv to 1000 or paid channel. but of no use. My problem is i also paid full one year subscription. what is remedy

Dish TV — Card Refresh Error

last thursday(21-May-2009), all of a sudden, my STB started showing an message for all channels '201- Card Refresh Error', and after no of complaints nothing has happened, talk to the CCE, some time they say Alignment Problem, some time they say 'some problem with the DishTV technical deptt. does any 1 have any idea, what to do now, It's now one week, and nothing has nothing. Do we have some complaint redressal system, where i can place a complaint against DishTV.

Suddenly my tv showing 201. Viewing card Error .
I had recharged, but still not recover the problem.
