[Resolved]  Dish TV / Satellite DTH TV — Subscription inconvenience

I would like to share my bitter experience with everyone those are consumer of DISH DTH TV Satellite.
After purchase the sate up box with 3 months platinum complimentary completed we like to go with silver package because after one month we will go to our native for 45 days then we will decide. After complimentary completed we took silver package so we has paid Rs.40/- because we come down. Then after 45 days we are like to go with Gold Pack permanently this is on month of December 2009 after 45 days they take again some activation charges. Till today we are in Gold Pack but during this 9 months we are suffer lots of WISH FROM DISH. Check all the following "WISH FROM DISH"
No.1) Month of Jan, Feb, Mar, April = No issues & our recharge date is on 15th of the month. Because we return on 14th from native & 15th we activated again.
No.2) Month of May I recharge as usual to local dealer on dated of 15th that is Saturday from 8 pm on same day our connection suddenly disconnected I called that local dealer office then contact that person he said I don't know I did my job, then I called to customer care & total cost of call is Rs.130/- from cell somehow they are convinced & activate on Sunday. On Monday I given written complain against my local dealer to DISH TV but finally result is my recharge date has been changed on 17th of the next month
No.4) Next Month June on 17th I start to pay threw Internet Banking
No.5) On July due to some reason I gone to dealer and recharge for Rs.210/- from my dealer i come to know now there was no scheme of Golden Package it was change to Gold Sever pack I said we don't want we are happy with this. I don't know what he did after come to home I seen on my television screen a message regard my next recharge date is 16th of the next month
No.6) August is no issues date is 16th I paid threw I.B.
No.7) Now this month means September 2010 my date is 16th I recharge threw Internet Banking on 16th between 5p.m but on 17th means today at morning as usual when I switch on my television I seen there one message your connection is deactivated due to subscription is not yet received at that same time I has called to customer care number [protected] and explain them everything, finally after explaining clearly that lady executive answer is we are help less because we not received your payment.
I send a e-mail to Dish TV customer care with CC to invoice section then I got a sms from Dish TV that my payment has been receipts after 1 hour one more sms I received there mention I should pay my next subscription on 12th of next month.
After receive this I called to same customer care number and I talk with some Mr. Ifran or may be Irfan he try to explain about 31 days month & 30 days of month. I just ask him how many month in a year have 31 days month & 30 days. he is not able to answer that. My question is in one month suddenly reduce 4 days how it possible because August is 31 days month September is 30 days month & October is 31 days month then how it is reduce 4 days?
This executive try to convince me that our calculation by days, if it is then dealer should inform when we are purchase at that time we don't know your formula of calculation or company policy, then this Mr. Irfan answer is now Golden pack is Rs.225/-. not Rs.210/- I just ask him how we come to know? When they remind regard subscription often then why they are not informing or why not your company not inform through messages to direct our connection.
This is my bitter Experience towards DISH TV. DISH CAN WISH whatever they want to apply with all consumer. Because we are Wish for Dish so, now we are get return according our expected wish.

This is absolutely correct
every dth provider has yearly payment option for silver, gold and all other packages. But dishtv stopped that yearly payment option for south silver, south silver saver, south gold and south gold saver packages during ganesha festival (septembet 2010). dishtv now has yearly payment option for only titan and platinum packages. Why?

pay 6 use 7, pay 12 use 14 payment options for all the packages in dishtv is stopped. Requesting to restart those options.
