Dishnet (Aircel) , Pocket Internet — Poor service | |
Dear Sir/Mam I have been using Aircel Pocket Internet pack(Rs 98) since last 3 months. Since last 1 month or so, I have got fed up with this service bcoz of 2 much of disconnection. It is impossible to open a site (eg. Orkut) in one go bcoz the connection drops again & again. In 5 minutes atleast it gets 3 time disconnected. I launched several complaines at their customer care but I got no feed back. The service is geting worse each day. I would be oblige if my complaint is paid attention. Thanks. I can understand your situation, why don’t you drop in to the nearest Aircel Store, I am sure you will get the adequate help.
