[Resolved]  DishTV — Without notification upgradation from Silver Saver Pack to Platinum Pack

8. Silver Saver Pack scheme- when connection take paid amount Rs.1690/-
9. 1st time Recharge on 14.09.2010 - Silver Saver Pack scheme – apply for 6 months and get 1 month free. I have get proper 6+1 month Silver Saver Pack scheme connection properly and my next recharge date was 14.03.2011.
10. Now I have recharged on 13.03.2011 - Silver Saver Pack scheme @ Rs.160/- P. M. I have paid to my dealer Rs.500/- and my dealer informed me that I can get Silver Saver Pack for 3 months and 12/13 days approx.
11. After recharge on 13.03.2011 my A/c not shown me any proper information regarding payment received and next recharge date, till this problem is going on. So I have called your Customer Care No. 0120 – 2550000 on 20.03.2011 at 9.30 to 9.45 P. M. approx from my registered mobile No. [protected]. Your Customer Care Executive provides me following information:
A) My mobile no. which I have given in subscription form that no not properly entered in your database so I have not received any information about my recharge date and other information. Then I request to your executive that register my mobile no. [protected] and Email: [protected]@gmail.com for proper communication and service.
B) I asked your executive for my A/c not updated then he informed me that my next recharge on 26.04.2011 and I have updated my Plan from Silver Saver Pack to Platinum Pack w.e.f. 11.07.2010. Regarding the same I have following quarries and demand:
a) I have subscribed for Silver Saver Pack with Marathi. So I would like to know who has upgraded my Plan and mode of communication for contacting for up gradation from Silver Saver Pack to Platinum Pack. Kindly provide me details of the same. You can note here my mobile no. [protected] not properly registered till 20.03.2011. On which day or w.e.f. the Platinum Pack activated.
b) Assume that, as per your Customer Care Executive provide information that w.e.f. 11.07.2010 the Platinum Pack with UTV activated. So is it possible how I can take benefit of Silver Saver Pack scheme 6+1 month which activated on 14.09.2010.
c) I have subscribed for Silver Saver Pack and no any other Pack. I demand here to provide me dishtv connection till 26th June 2011 (approx.) against my recharge of Rs.500/- on 13.03.2011 @ Rs.160/- P.M. without disconnect or interruption in your service.
d) Regarding recharge I have visited my dealer he informed me that no one can change your plan. Only the authorized person from his registered mobile no. itself can request for up gradation or degradation any plan.
e) Kindly note that I have not up graded my plan till now. If you have activated Platinum Pack without my permission and wish to charge any amount from me for the above service, I tell you here that I will not bear / paid any amount for your faulty service. Along with the same I have found that you are not updated your customers profile properly.

Awaiting your (prompt) favorable response for Silver Saver Pack activation till / by default 26.06.2011.

Dish TV — Non Changing of plan from platinum to silver by distributor

I have change my plan frm platinum to silver thru distributor frm gurgaon.

but till date my subscription has not changed
