I totally agree with the above statement. We had booked a flat in dlf new town heights in the year 2008 after taking a home loan. Till now i am paying the interest for the loan and the project is very very delayed. Inspite of the delay in the project DLF is forcing me to make the payment or else they will terminate the account and will not refund the an amount of INR 3, 00, 000 which they claim as earnest amount. I want like people like me to come forward and make an association for raise voice against DLF .
DLF Construction Stayed by Court due to a Major Land Dispute started on 2009.
DLF New Town Heights is cheating all buyers, They are delaying their Construction and hiding owners to enter the premise. The root cause is not security, but construction is stayed by Court as a result of Land dispute. Lot of people are still Paying EMI indefinitely. Contact your bank and do appropriately.
A big lawyer group is working on this, but no hope. Since land dispute it can take for years.

Even I am a customer who booked 2 apartments in Sept 2008 and still waiting. They have taken 95% of the amount from me + penalty for delayed payments during 2009.
Now they slammed me with a new tax I received a letter from DLF Kakkanadamounting to Rs 1.7 per apartment.
Any one of you are aware of the details of the Tax Claims or approched DLF for clarification of the same? ..
Please share some light if you have any information. They are unwilling to share the details of the TAX they are claiming.. They asked me to visit their office to show the tax details and cannot be send to me by email!!! christykulathoor[protected]@gmail.com
