[Resolved]  Dogs — stray dogs

i live in west marredpally, which has been one of the best maintained areas by GHMC, however over the past few months there have been many stray dogs who have been creating problems to the kids and people living, who are often chased by these dogs, would request you to kindly do the needfully to capture these dogs.

I stay in Kandhanchavidi, Chennai 96. There are too many stray dogsin this area specially the road that starts from RMZ and leads to Kandhanchavidi main road.
Could someone lookinto the matter

I would like to draw your kind attention towards humorless problems of annoying stray dogs in flats at Sector 9 Pocket 1, Dwarka, New Delhi 77. In particluar the concentration of the said dogs is more in the staircase leading to flats No. 223, 224. 227 and 228

I am a resident of flat no. 228, sector-9, pocket-1, dwarka, New Delhi. My neighbours and i am highly troubled due to maddening dogs in our flats. Due to the dogs even we cannot sleep in night. The Childern of our locality are also not safe in such atmosphere. Many of the dogs are very Dangerous, they bark on person passing through street without any reason. They have bitted many persons unreasonably. Also they are cause of contaminated area, which is reason of disease in the area.


They are increasing in number day-by-day. And their alarm / horror is also being spread constantly.

It has been causing of lot inconvenience to the common people of our area. Inspite of several complaints by different people of our area, no action has been taken sofar. It is too difficult to believe that such things should have happened under your efficient control / esteemed functioning.


You good self is requested to look into this matter & take an immediate action will be appreciated highly.

My name is Maneesh and I am a resident of Block P/P, Maurya Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi. I am writing this message to bring to the attention of the concerned authorities the growing number of stray dogs in and around our locality. Some of these dogs have developed to be ferocious and are a threat to the peace of our colony. I write this message out of concern for both - people and dogs. I do not mean any harm for either as I have a pet dog. Is there any place where these dogs might be shifted to and can be looked after as well? Could someone from the Municipal Corporation of Delhi attend immediately to this, please?

My name is Zafar Equbal I would like to bring your kind attention on Masihgarh area (near Modi flyover, Okhla) where many mad street dogs are there.We are facing this problem daily. I come late night from my office and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to bite.
Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them.they are runs behind bikes, cars it may happen a serious accident.
so this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

I live in pallavaram next to st. mattys school, there are too many stray dogs here, which chase everyone around and those dogs could infected, plz do take action to remove these dogs from this place. thank you.

Greetings. I would like to bring to your notice that there is a group of stray dogs that attack the people in the locality especially in the night and early morning. These dogs are really dangerous and they don't fear anybody. I would request the concerned department in the MCD to please take some necessary action before these cause risk to someone's life. I am Abhishek Kumar S/o Late Shri Raj kumar residing at F-25 B.K dutt colony Karbla, Near Jorbagh New Delhi 110003 wants to draw your attention regarding the stray dogs in our area.There have been instances of children being bitten and these dogs are mating and multiplying by the day.

There are at least 35 -40 small and big very dangerous dogs roaming around in our locality and we and our children are not at all safe here, we feel unsafe here because of these dangerous dogs. So request you'll to take some serious action against these matter and send the dog catcher person to our locality to catchs these dogs as soon as possible.

Dear Concerned,

Pl note that there are 10-15 stray dogs in NITI KHAND- II, Indirapuram, in front of Vegetable Mandi.
These dogs bark, quarrel at night and seem to be mad also. They are furious and can cause harm to kids playing around.
It is requested that these dogs should be catched and taken away somewhere so that people in the locality have a sound sleep after hectic schedule/routine. Also children in the locality will be able to play much more fearlessly and will remain safe.

These dogs have made our life horrible. Pl save our souls...

This is to inform you that there are alott of street dogs in jayanagr 1st Block7th main byrasandra, especially areas surrounding park and schools.These dogs are creating a mess in the night and coming to the steps and balcony of the houses.Some dogs keep chasing the children while going schools in the day itself .This is a serious issue and alott of inconvinience.Please do the needful and take those dogs away from our area.
