Domestic Gas Cylinder — not picking up phone and not supplying the cylinder

Respected Sir,

i would like to say to you. i live in najafgarh area and having alok gas service[on police station road] here and for last couple of week i m trying to make call but they did not pick up the phone call and they just just pick up the resever and put that reserver aside .i have visited at their place but they didn't response.
Please help me out i am having a big problem and i don't have gas cylinder in my home.
