[Resolved] Domestic Gas Cylinder — DELAY IN DELIVERY OF GAS CYL. | |
Iam a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 702255 and the dealers name & tel no is OM GAS SERVICE, MISHION COMPLEX, SAKRI ROAD, DHULE & PH NO IS[protected].I had booked the gas on 12/09/08 on the general booking number 1099 . I have yet to receive the delivery. I am not ben able to contact the gas agency on the phone. I HAVE VISITED THE DEALER SHOP, BUT HE IS SAYING TO COLLECT THE CYL FROM GODOWN AFTER ONE MONTH AND 7 DAYS ALSO. We have to struggle in contacting the agency. THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE. It may pleas be reviwed and reasons may please be ascertained. Corrrective measues may please be taken to adress the grivances. Booked Gas Cylinder for about ten days.Not responded so far.Can not enquire because their phone is not working.Pl. help to get the functionasl phone numberHP/domestic gas cyl. — non delivery of gas cylinder
I booked my gas with OM gas agency Palwal Dist Faridabad on 29/1/08 through personal meeting.But till date ( 26/3/08)not recd. My HP gas connection no. is 651116 at OM gas agency Palwal.

sir,i have booked my domestic gas cylinder before[protected]forgotten the exact date)to your gas agent named Mahvir Gas Agency, Steel Gate, dhanbad. Till I have not got the cylinder. My consumer no. is 22498 and my booking no. is 5421.

we are ur services for 15 - 20 years by single cylinder. Before it was very good services u r providing us. I booked the extra cylinder. see our family is very big Family. We required the gas for 15 days once. Kindly provides us the cylinder. You people are not giving any responsibility when person gives you the complaint. last 3 years ur providing us very bad services. you people are giving after 40 days once what we will do. we have kids, old people aslo. Kindly provides the cylinder for 15 days once.

respected sir, we are from the lasalgaon city . here we are not getting the home delivery and costumer exutive alway give irrritrating treatment. we have to always stay in quie for 3 to 4 hours for gas refile. they demands excess money for new gas connection.bharat gas/domestic cylinder — delaying in handling leakage in cylinder
Sir, I sugriv yadav consumer bharat gas LPG cons.no.17514 of Priyanka Gas Agency, Hamilton Road, Kashmirigate, Delhi. I lodged compalint for the leakage of cylinder dtd,06.03.11 at emergency no.[protected] and directly complaint to agency.on 07.03.11 but no action takent till date( 10.03.11). and frequently in contanct with the agency but no answer from the agency till today which is very indecent and harshening.if any thing happened wrong then you and your agency will be solely responsible.I think u people are playing against public interest.Also i am going to lunch complaint in consumer court very shortly.Sugriv Yadav

At Jay gas agency in wadgaonsheri no body is attending telephone to take booking.Last seven day I am tring continuosly to book the gas .No response from the agency.My consumer no is 633339.
