[Resolved]  Domestic Gas Cylinder — Hopeless Service of Shriram Gas Agency Sinhagad Road Pune Maharashtra.(BPCL)

I don’t think there exists more hapless Service than the one Shriram Gas Agency Sinhgad Road Pune Maharashtra provides.
1) It takes almost a month to get the delivery at door steps
2) Smart card was functional only twice in the last year.
3) I bet for Rs 100 if you call the OFFICAIL numbers of agency and somebody Receives your call for the inquires.
4) Highly arrogant people at office.
5) The way the last delivery of cylinder I got was a shocker.
No body specified for what booking date the delivery is currently on.
Upon asking, reverse come the question “what date you booked on”
Followed by an Hopless answer, it will take more than 4-5 days from now , no matter how old was your booking?
Isn’t it joking ?
If you argue a bit, there comes a “Chitthi” (note) with a signature of the Shriram gas agency *officer* specifying to give cylinder to the complainer.
Now you have to find the delivery boy. If your luck is good, he says “Sab cylinder the khatam ho gaye, ab sham ko dekhte hai”.
Even evening (“Shyaam”) comes with the same answer and you realize that you wasted your day for a cylinder.
6) I don’t know if it is valid but next option I will be RTI agains the BPCL and Shriram gas agency on singad road pune.
Asking them the number of booking they received in a moth
Number of deliveries they makes in month.
Details of the consumer who booked and to whom the cylinders have been delivered.
And all above for a year.

7) Challange the above data in the court against the recent LPG de-subsidization
