Dear Team,
I wanted to order pizzas for my team , hence I called DOMINOS-MG road branch for delivery to Gurgaon global business park, they transferred the line to sushant lok branch.
sushant lok branch gave me no. of cyber city branch informing that they will deliver.
Cyber city branch advised me to call 44448888 from mobile to confirm which branch will deliver.
No. came as incorrect.
I again called cyber city branch, they advised me to call from landline.
automated voice at 44448888 advised me last order was delivered from sushnat lok branch from the phone no. used (landline from my office),hence my call was transferred to sushant lok, who gain refused to deliver and asked to call cyber city.

If this is the customer experience ,there is no use of delivery service.

will appreciate if someone senior takes notice of this unruly behaviour and take some strict action

    This complaint is in regard to your marketing campaign for Domino's pizza.

    Their marketing staff are informing customers to register for a privilege member with few offers in the form of coupons.
    This person instead of informing customers that they are charging Rs.500/- just for the offer coupons/membership, he has charged Rs.500/- with the promise that this amount will be deducted from the first order.

    If they cannot sell their coupons, they have to find better options to sell but not mislead customers and charge them amounts like this.

      The Navi Mumbai, Vashi Sector 17 Branch of Dominos Pizza India set their order registration computer system time ahead by 7 to 8 minutes than the Indian Standard Time. This way when they are late, you will discover that the time of order printed on the receipt is incorrect than the actual time of order as per your IST set watch. While when the Delivery boy reaches your door he will show the correct IST time on his mobile.This is a very smart technique to fool their loyal customers hence allowing them that extra valuable time to meet the order deadline.

      On raising this the Center Manager Mr. Swapnil of Vashi Sector 17 branch, he said that this is what the central system at Delhi is stating and there is no way that the order is delivered late. I said check the IST right now on the internet and he ignored my suggestion. His Behavior was extremely rude and his stand was unreasonable. He further tried to penalize me by stating that "send the pizza back" and "next time you will not be given a delivery". This happened on the 16th of April 2012. I advise all loyal customers to explicitly mention the time as per your watch while placing the order and taking the name and employee number of the person who takes the order, as by their smart technique they will always keep the time as per their control and hide it.

        I Ordered below pizza from Dominos Pizza India which cost including tax Total Price : Rs. 523.12

        Toppings : Black Olives + Onion + Crisp Capsicum + Mushroom + Fresh Tomato + Golden Corn + Jalapeno + Cheese Crust : 3 Cheese Cheese Burst
        Size : Medium (serves 2)

        but i received wrong order and bill given to me is including tax Total Price : Rs. 466.88 when i complaint it to Dominos Pizza India number 23252 they didn't give satisfactory solution about my meal and my money.

        I want Dominos Pizza India should get good lesson so i want my money with frustration charge due to not satisfactory service to hungry person.

            I have done an online order as there was a party at my house to my surprise i did not got the order at all...after close to 45 min when i called the outlet (tried in all the numbers) nobody was bothered to pick the phone...finally i called up the customer care number[protected]...they have disconnected the phone suggesting me to call the outlet after 5 min...to this time neither the order was delivered (order no.110) and nobody called from your end...it was guaranteed in the website that you place the order within half an hour and we being the customers fall for all these false promise...trust it was a very embarrassing situation in front of my friends...but i think we all understood that you keep campaigning all these fall promises...and deliver irresponsible behaviour

              I ordered for a medium pizza, a Chicken Kickkers and a coke on 31/03/2012. My order number was 351. Server - 456998.
              I made this order through phone.The way the person replied through the call and the way he treated the customer was worst .I have been a customer of Dominos for more than 3 years and i am kind of a frequent customer. But after the yesterday's incident, i am thnking of moving out of the dominos customer group.By the way, the chicker kikkers i ordered were uncooked and they were tasting worst and i had to throw them out.After all i payed some 485 rupees for nothing.

                I had tried ordering a pizza online on 4th of march 2011. The first attempt failed and and i tried for second time, successfully. When i checked my account, it has been debited twice for the same amount. It more than a week and i havnt got the money back. Your internet system is very poorly managed.                   I was trying to place an order for Dominos pizza (Deluxe Veggie Toppings : Onion + Crisp Capsicum + Mushroom + Golden Corn + Paneer Crust : Cheese Burst Size : Medium (serves 2)1Wh.. online on their website on last Monday, March 12, 2012. Everything was fine till the final stage. The SBI net banking transaction went through and i was taken to that webpage of Dominos which says 'Order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed after wiaiting for a long period of 20 minutes. The error came as 'Sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again.'

                  At this stage I immediately called up the Dominos store (Dominos Store Address
                  Unit No.21,Ground Floor,Plot No.M.P.1,Vikas Cinemall, Indira Nagar,Dehradun Ph.no[protected], ) which i had selected for home delivery and spoke to the Manager who mentioned that they have not received any online order from me and enquired my problem. After hearing out my problem he advised me to try again.

                  . Then the Dominos Manager then took my order over the phone and said r, not to worry and that the debited amount will be refunded within one week.

                  Till now i have not gotten my money back, i also checked with my bank account and it is confirmed that my account has been debited ( and the amount has been credited to Dominos. Everything was fine till the final stage. The SBI net banking transaction went through and i was taken to that webpage of Domino's which says 'Order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed after waiting for a long period of 20 minutes. The error came as 'Sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again.'

                  Till now i have not gotten my money back, i also checked with my bank account and it is confirmed that my account has been debited ( and the amount has been credited to Dominos.                     We visited your restaurant located at main road, Ranchi on 3rd –March-12 and our order no. was 226 and TIN no. mentioned on bill [protected] (DPI 66110) and total bill amount was Rs. 427/-. The Server name was Mr. Salman A. We had very bad experience because of ill behavior of staff. First of all they served half an hour after placement of order and the quality of Pizza was poor and half cooked.
                    When we tried to convince the staff, they behaved rudely and non-professionally. We had been surprised to see the behavior of staff representing such branded food chain of world. Such type of staff feels pleasure in playing with image of company and feels proud in eroding the brand image of company.
                    We would request, please hire professional educated staff rather than illiterate local lad.

                        Sir,
                        I am a resident of Dombivli and a regular customer at your Dombivli East Dominos outlet. I visited your store on 19th Feb, 2012 and placed an order worth Rs.442 for a 3 cheese spicy chicken pizza and a butterscotch mousse cake. I was in desperate need for a glass of water. I asked the sales boy(Mr. Pandurang) for a glass of water but he turned me a deaf ear for the first time. I once again asked him for water, but then he told that plastic glasses have been out of stock, hence cant provide me with the same. I went to the counter and asked for water to the executive girl(Neelam) at the counter. She told me that they were out of glasses and hence cant provide me with water. I asked them to serve me water in coke/pepsi glasses which were available with them, but they denied to do so and kept me thirsty. I had no option, but swallowed down the pizza in spite of remaining thirsty. Before leaving, I went back to the counter and asked to call the manager( Mr. Atul Sakpal) but he didnt come out of his office for 10 minutes. So, I went out of the store, disgruntled, and pitied at the quality of service provided by Dominos, to citizens of Dombivli. Its really pathetic to see that the service guys at your outlet can keep a customer thirsty for 45 minutes while he has asked water almost 5 times from them. They dont even have the ability to think that a customer who buys products worth Rs.442 can easily afford a 10-20rs bottle of water from the outlet. But I was denied the same and am really sad about this. Also, the arrogance showed by the executive Neelam was really surprising. After I left the store, I got a call from the manager (Ashwini), apologising for the inconvenience caused and told me that she was unaware of the happenings when I was at the store. I am wondering whether how the store manager can be unaware of the happenings at the store for 45 mins! But I have learnt my lesson, never to have my pizza at Dominos, as I can easily see that other competitors(Pizza hut,etc) treat customers better than what We receive at your outlets, for the same amount of money...

                        From your outlet in sector 38c Chandigarh. After coming late he started fighting for the refund and the later said weather i want my pizza or not. After this misbehaviour he left the money and went back.
                        Sorry but i love domino's pizza but after today's episode i m very disappointed

                          on dated 12.12.12 i ordered a 3 cheese pizza along with regular pizza from dominos (sco 308 sector 38 chandigarh). they deleivered it in 20 mins very impressive. When i started eating those pizzas i found sharp thing in my mouth so when i saw that i was tottaly shocked , it was plastic a very sharp edged plastic. okay i left that piece and started eating other one but same thing i found in that one also..i left 3 cheese pizza and continued to my regular one in that also i found plastic but this time it was very small but sharp edged..i called dominos and they said me for replacement .this time when it was replacement they took 40 mins to reach to me but few one hour before same they did in 20 mins.so y they hold line "30 mins nahin to free" crap.....okay i talked to shift manager and i got my money refunded...coz they have to return it...but what i found in replacement again one plastic in second slice...i left all other slices...but iam sure if i will eat it i will found more plastic stuff in plastic pizza....this is the real condition of dominos....here we are spending a lot of money but they are providing us plastic instead of pizzas....if i would have eaten those plastic what will happen to me this everyone knows....(my order num was 254 server amit k. time 8:05 pm)

                            I am posting this complaint with the hope that some action is taken against the restaurant manager ,Mr. Naveen for irresponsible behavior

                            I ordered a pizza at 8 PM and i will list the events that followed

                            9 15 PM i called up telling that i am yet to receive the pizza. One person told me that if it is not delivered in 5 mins,you will be given as compensation.

                            9 40 PM i called up and asked nothing is provided yet and asked if it is a compensation and the manager was arrogant in his behavior initially to give the compensation but after some heated conversation,he agreed to send the compensation within 5 minutes as he told the delivery is on the way.

                            At 10 PM i called up and hell them they told another five mins

                            At 10 15 i called them and blasted them. At that time,they admitted that they did a mistake in order sticking. But a pizza centre 15 mins away from my home in bike doesnt take 2hours and 30 mins to admit it and after this they started and arrived at 10 45.

                            I got it and went inside and when i opened,it was a dry pizza and a pasta was mostly uncooked. This is how they compensate a customer.,


                            I would like to sue the manager for irresponsible behavior in these circumstances and the poor service mentality of this branch especially.

                              Dominos called for home-delivery of pizza but both of the nearly places stores refused to take orders saying that the other store takes order for this area.
                              Finally it was quite frustrating, as none of the Marathalli bridge store / the Kundanhalli gate store agreed to deliver a location in Munnekolala, SGR dental college road, which is hardly 2 km from Marathalli bridge branch.
                              The store operators are not clear about where they have to deliver and thats disgusting having called more than 2 times at each store.

                                After a month of follow up with the dominos store at indira, Bangalore, I am writing this message in the hope my complaint is taken and money refunded. the below is complaint,

                                I had placed an online order at the dominos website giving my address and paid via a debit card on the 23rd of Jan 2012. An amount of INR 541.5 was deducted from my account towards the order (order no:133, time of order:1/23/2012 8:20:46 PM, trace no:dc-83b15990). However instead of getting the delivery of the order I got a call from Mr.Mithun from dominos, indira nagar stating that I have to place a new order by selecting a different address and the one I placed has been cancelled. When enquired about the money deducted from my account, he said a refund would be credited to my account within 7 days. Till date I have not received any refund in this regard nor was my order fulfilled. When attempting to contact Mr.Mithun in this regard, there is always a response saying he will call within 10 mins and no response thereafter.

                                I would request you to please look into this matter as this type of service is nothing but robbery!!

                                  HI....I have been ordering pizza for home delivery from various outlets out here like papa johns , pizza hut and dominos too but let me tell you this that DOMINOS has the worst service expected . First your website does not allow me to order online since the store is not available, then when I call their number they keep transferring my call. somehow when i find the store number and i call them (jp nagar) they tell me that they will be delivering pizza in around 50 minutes . AS A MATTER OF FACT MY RESIDENCE IS JUST 1 KM FROM THE STORE. after one hour i get a call from the person delivering me pizza asking for my address. I keep explaining him and somehow he is not able to understand i don't know how...I have been doing this every fourth day i order pizza from dominos. I don't understand why the same outlet doesn't understand my address...how stupid it is.....I can't wait for my pizza to be delivery in 2 hours, i don't think anyone is that stupid. I wanted to write this to bring it to their notice how things are going and how can they go worse. Today was the last time when i ordered the pizza from dominos.
                                  Their tagline 'Khushiyon ki delivery' should be changed to 'frustration ki delivery'.
                                  I never thought pizza delivering was so hard. The best thing is the pizza guy last called 10 minutes back from a petrol bunk next to my address. Wow dominos i have NO petrol bunk even within a range of 1km. U made me wonder if i ordered pizza in some other city.
                                  Thanks for your worst service.

                                  But today we placed order for pizza and in pizza tracker it is showing dispatched and still we didn&#039;t receive the pizza .after 1 hour they called and saying that they are not deliver the pizza to the address what we have given. But before several times they have order the pizza to this address only all of a sudden today they are telling that they cant deliver the pizza. if they cant deliver the pizza to this address then they have to inform us immediately as soon as we placed the order .
                                  But after 1 hour people are calling and telling us that they can t deliver the pizza this is not at all acceptable.
                                  and the person who spoke to us and the manager of the store didn&#039;t speak properly with us they have given very arrogant answers.this is not the way to talk to the customer .

                                  We had ordered 2 pizzas in Dominos, through online with the amount paid online, still there was no delivery by them for more than 4 hours. None of their coustomer care numbers are either working.

                                    i would like to avail all of your offers and i really do like your pizza but there is no way that i can get a home delivery. i live in kurla, on l.b.s. marg, just next to the bkc junction. I am at home on a sunday evening and would really like to enjoy a good pizza but i called the sion as well as the bandra dominos and was told they don't deliver here. As for the sion dominos, i really do understand their problem, there is a lot of traffic in their way to my house, but the bandra branch can easily come here. there is absolutely no traffic in bandra kurla complex. they can even reach in 10 minutes. Its really a shame that a great chain like yourself has failed at this, when chains like pizza hut and u.s. pizza do undertake the task. I used to think that your pizza was superior to them but now i am forced to think otherwise.

                                    Domino's Pizza — Rejected to take the offer even though my home is within delivery area

                                    I stay within the delivery location of Domino's Pizza center. Being a Fan of Dominos, I am not satisfied with the person/DomIino's To whom I spoke who rejected to take the order and deliver. The reason given to me was my area is unsafe to deliver. Why is this happening? If there is a restriction , why it was not mentioned online? The same guy has delivered the pizza last time when ordered.
                                    I am not happy with such service who FAIL to deliver the pizza.

                                      I have been ordering from dominos often but what happened tonight has left a bad taste..

                                      I was a bit unwell, hence did not want to cook or go out hence decided to order from Dominos. I called in at 9:30 pm and was told order will be delivered in half an hour. When nothing arrived after 50 mins I called again, i was stunned when told that no order was registered. My mobile is registered in their database and they already have my address.

                                      So I ordered again.. Then called again to confirm after two minutes.. Again no order was registered!!

                                      By that time other home delivery establishments are also closed..

                                      This happened at the Koramangala, Bangalore on 23rd Jan.
                                      1st order was given at 9:30 p.m. I have the call record of course.

                                      The people concerned should be fined..

                                        my order was punched at 8:51 pm and the delivery boy was 10 min. late. we showed him the time and even after that he went on miss-behaving and argued with us... rather he was quite rude... his rudeness was proved when he went back without delivering the pizza to us.... we are regular customers of domino's but if all this continues then i am very sorry to say that slowly your customers may reduce....
                                        i really didn't like the behaviour and careless attitude of your company.... and because of this we had to remain hungry till some other arrangement was made...... this is really disappointing..... i hope u will look forward to my problem.... thank you...!!
