Dear Concerned person,

I would like to bring in your kind notice that i was traveling in DTC Bus No:- 469 Anand Vihar to Ambedkar Terminal (DL-IP C-7063) on 2/July/2013 at 11:39 am and as per route we have to depart at Kalkaji Depot Stop but as per his own will driver choose wrong route and when passenger asked him the reason then he said because of traffic jam he choose wrong route.

When we asked conductor for complaint book , he said he don't have any complaint book. And this is not a one time problem most of the time we face same problem.

I would like to know the following reason :

1) Exact route of 469 bus
2) Why don't conductor gave us the complaint book?
3) Number mentioned on website of DTC http://www.dtc.nic.in/dt3.htm in RTI sectioned was not in use.

Mr. Tomar told me that i call later on. But after three days of the incident i did not get any reply by him.
