[Resolved]  DTC — Complaint Against DTC Bus Driver

Dear Sir/ Madam,


On 11th April 2011, I take DTC bus " DL 1P 2899" from Noida Sec-22. to Sec-12. This is to inform that the DTC bus " DL 1P 2899" bus no. 33 of the route "Bhajanpura to Noida Sec-37", was not stopping by the bus stops for the passengers to get down and I had to get down while the bus was half running and that too on the next stop. when I asked him to stop he misbehaves. He don't even follow the Traffic rule & crossed every Red light.

DTC — Bus not reaching the destination

I boarded Bus No. DL IP B-2488 RL-77 written as Dwarka, Sec Number was not visible at Dr. RML Hospital (Near MPs bungalow). On reaching Sector 1 when enquired from the conductor to which sector will it be going we found to our great shock that it is only till Madhu Vihar as Madhu Vihar is also known as Dwarka. Inspite of our repeated shoutings the bus terminated at Madhu Vihar and why Madhu Vihar was not written on the board the explanation was that they did not have the board of Madhu Vihar. The conductor insisted that he had been telling Madhu Vihar at every stoppage but that is not true.
Buses dont reach on time at anand vihar.and buses are very untidy spread vomiting n dirt in buses floors.and conductor doesn, t stop buses on stands
DTC knight services 082 should be restart because DTC buses is the cheapest way to reach our destination we like poor people those can't afford the Auto Riksha on daily basis. i[censored] charged only 10-15 rs per fare its for one stand or last stand its not problem for us its much better than auto riksha u can avoid the bus pass for knight services at-least you have to run one bus as per hour from timing 11.30 pm to 4.30 am

Its not a complain its a request to our worlds largest CNG Transport Service (DTC)
I hope u will consider this matter seriously

anil kumar — Complaints about DTC

Today in news papers I read that DTC received 30 lac rupees in compensation from TATA & Ashok Land Motors. DTC tell us who will pay for our inconvenience that we face. I leave in Mukhmelpur Delhi-110036. there is no good Bus Service for Route No. 124 & 105, all the buses that comes some times, are old and out of order in journey, we have complained many times but the same. if DTC gets for compensation why not us.

we travel in DTC buses and buses are out out of order in journey. why out of order buses comes on road we buy ticket and the DTC do not refund our fare, when buses out of order. the conductor says he will arrange bus. he arrange the same bus that will be out of order after some time. we get late we face crowd and take risk out live we have to hang on door and window of the bus

On 7th Feb 2012, I was going towards dhaula kuan. When i was crossing the Kirbi place suddenly shocked when a DTC bus overtaken my bike by crossing his limit and lane. when i told him his fault he abuse me.
Two thing which I came to know with this incident that Government have not maintained the quality of drivers and secondly bus driver crossing their speed limits as well as there lane in very wrong manner.

So, kindly request concerned authority to view this matter clearly before any severe accident took place.

Dear Sir,

My name is Sunil Kumar Dogra, I am daily passenger of Bus No. 182A. As we all know that now summer is at its peak and it is very difficult to travel in low floor buses as the atmosphere of these buses are very suffocating and there is no any AC Buses No. 182A. Many old people, chidren and all are suffering. It is my humble request to you to arrange AC Buses so that we can travel comfortable.
today i was standing on the sewa nagar fly over waiting for a bus when bus no DL1PC 4793 orange cluster bus come but he not the bus on the fly over bus no is 450. So please see the matter.

Do we think that some one is looking aftr our complaints. No definately not, this is poor country india and here we only keep complaining like fools and politicians are just doing ash & enjoying money of our common people.

I want to know who is the incharge of these luxury buses which runs from st Gujarat To Rajasthan; why police and check post while passing toll why police donot take action against the drivers, cleaners & service provider who are running buses. They load people like they have loaded Goats / Ships in buss. Are we animals in india; we dont have any respects in our country. When we get in to the busses why drivers load busses fully when we are with family members, ladies and kids. there is no space even to keep leg; is there any administration in india who can stop this or we shall not take guns & knifes in our pocket to save our family.

I want some one to please take necessary actions, PANDIT TRAVELS & JAKHAR TRAVELS, these both service providers are maintaining their politics in Gujarat, they have such huge powers that they dont allow any other Organisation to start their services. They are ruling here by force, power. Will they do what they want, is this the way if we object they misbehave with us in buss. We have to be silent because we are family and they are all alone and nobody will face this with drivers when someone is with their family.

I stand my voice to all Indian heads, Prime minister / Chf minister / and all transport authorities /RTO inspectors to please be strict and launch complaint against both service providers. I have proof how they behave in buss with me and hold a clip when drivers were fighting with me.

Today at around 7:40 AM at Najaf Garh Bus Terminal when I went board Bus No.C-0436 I found a crowd of ladies and children standing before the Doors of said Bus which were closed. Some the ladies told that the bus was about to leave in few minutes but the Driver is not opening the Doors. One of the commuters told me that the Doors will be opened if button out side the Bus was pressed. As I did not see any DTC staff nearby, I tried the Button. Soon after this the Driver cried at the top of his voice in a vulgar language telling that he was coming to thrash me up. I told OK I did not notice you inside so "BHAI SAHIB DARWAJA KHOL DO LOG ARAM SE BAITH JAENGE" But he was not ready to listen and continuously insulting me and humiliating me the Driver threatened that he will call the Police and get me arrested. I asked him whether pushing the pressure button outside the front Door was such a heinous crime that it amounted arrest of a commuter.

It was the commuters and the Bus Conductor who was extremely polite and cooperative and intervened to silence the unruly and agitated Driver considering himself to be the owner of the Bus and DTC boss.

Please let me know whether the Doors of low floor Buses while parked at the terminals should not remain open with display about the destination and time of the bus in static mode so as to facilitate the commuters in finding out the desired Bus without running here and there for hour. It may be noted that the old Buses are already parked with open Doors and the commuters do not have to adulate the Driver to open the Door.

Would you look into and do the needful to avoid Tiger Monarchy of the uncivilized and undisciplined Drivers like the one quoted above.

I would also like to put forward following points for consideration for the general awareness of the commuters and public at large and make DTC Bus services more effective and comfortable as intended to by the DTC authorities:

1. Route wise Plate form for DTC Buses may be displayed at all Bus Terminals and the Buses should be parked accordingly.
2. Low floor buses should be parked at the Terminal with Doors opened and displaying the destination and time of leaving.
3. Display Do's and dont's of the Driver and the Conductor at all the Bus Terminals at prominent place.
4. .Display telephone numbers and website for making complaint against highhandedness of the Driver and the Conductors.

Today(12 march 2016, 10:14) i was at the bus stop K- block, jahangir puri, and i want to go E-block jahangir puri, babu jagjivan ram hospital, at the bus stop there was reached a bus DL1PC8507, i asked driver to opened the door, but he not open the door, the bus route number is 891.
