The DTC Bus operating on Uttam Nagar to Gurgaon Via Dwarka has following issues:

1. The buses on this do not adhere to prescribed route and take flyovers avoiding the bus stops of Shankar Chowk,Udyog Vihar & Atlas Chowk.dropping the passengers at Udyog Vihar Phase 1

2. The DTC Bus Drivers start taking flyovers on NH8 and drop passengers on Busy NH8 Highway

3. The DTC Bus Drivers are arogant and dont stop at bus stop of Belvedere Park DLF Phase III, which is an identified bus stop of cybercity area

While all other DTC busses plying via Gurgaon always stop at the Belvedere Park Cyber City stop.The Bus driver o[censored]ttam Nagar - Gurgaon route does not take responsibilty of dropping women and children at bus stops, he fights with passengers and forces them to get off at NH8 and flyovers : This does not value human life.

I hope DTC will take corrective action before there is an unfortunate accident

Very Poor service of bus route no. 781 in the evening. There is no bus from 6.00 to 7.00 p.m. from Vsant Gaon. Kindly provide 2 or three bus in the evening.
Very bad service of bus route no. 259 in both time morning & evening. There is no bus in morning or evening from bhajanpura to Jhangirpuri. Please Provide 4 buses on this route. When you are come on the stand & found no buses on that routes.

I Hope that u understand the problem of 259 bus, & take any steps as soon as possible for this.

Please put roof top on Bus stand No. 3096. Telephone exchange Karol Bagh near Pusa Road Satsangh Garh.to protect commuters from scorching heat and rain. Please put roof top on this bus stand.

Please provide new feed back, suggestion book, to each conductors. At present they have the feed back book of very poor quality and also provide the name plate to conductors and drivers. Then their behaviour will change and they will behave properly with the commuters. It's a very small amount but the impact will be great. Then they will definately behave properly.

i am resident in Sultanpuri-110086 . i am job in Seelampur. here is Very Poor service of bus route no:-982 . between 9:00am to 9:45am not any Bus. so we want to minimum 2 Buses Rout No:-982.One bus time is 9:15am and second is 9.30am .
I Hope that u understand the problem of 982 bus, & take any steps as soon as possible for this.

D.T.C. is doing a great job. New Red & green low floor buses are very good, only few more bus service to be included in Uttam nagar ro Gurgaon via Dwarka route.
I request whom to contact if we lose something in the bus, I have lost my Pan drive of HP.

The Bus service from uttam nagar to gurgaon via dwarka has made me suffered a lot. I wait for half an hour at my stop for this bus to come. Also in the evening I was there at sector 14 bus stop by 7.15 and the bus arrived at 8 p.m. . Due to this delay and unavoidable delhi traffic I reached my place by 10.45 p.m. i.e. 2 hours and 45 minutes of travel.
Please improve the service and also let us know the bus scheduled timings for different stops so that we manage accordingly.

Missing DTC buses in Uttam Nagar Gurgaon via Dwarka route, as the many offices already starts working and returned to the post Covid era. So it is our request to DTC to resume the same service as soon as possible for the commuters welfare.

    Subject:Complaint regarding to route misleading by DTC bus Driver

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Sir I am a regular passenger of DTC bus no. 347 (ISBT Kashmiri Gate) travel path from NOIDA to Kashmirigate. There is a bus stop at Mayur palace and stopage of this bus mentioned on the board list.
    In-spite of this no availability of single bus through this route around 12:00 noon to 2:00 O'clock because it goes over the flyover that's why it escape the below route as depicted.
    Sir there is so many passengers who is traveling from this route all of has to face a lot of difficulties, so sir please solve these problem as soon as possible.

    yes lot of people suffring this dtc services problrms...
    I also have the similar problems.
    I am a regular passenger of DTC bus of travel path Karol Bagh to Gurgaon. There is a bus stop at Shankar Chowk. But due to small traffic Jam, bus do not go from this because it goes over the flyover that's why it escape the below route as depicted.
    It happen from both sides(up & down) i.e. from Delhi To Gurgaon & Gurgaon To Delhi.
    Due to this, I & many other passengers have to walk a long distance.
    Sir there is so many passengers who is traveling from this route all of has to face a lot of difficulties, so sir please solve these problem as soon as possible.

      Dear Sir,

      This is the happening of 11 Feb, 2011(Friday) when I was going back from my office to home at 8:30 pm, I was riding my bike at parallel road to Tughlakabad Fort when a DTC Greenline Bus : Route No.511 (Bus No.DL1P C 8248) honked me from behind as I could not see the bus because the mirror of my bike was lose, I thought it was a car, I took myself aside a little but it was kept honking, by the time I took myself aside completely it took 30 seconds, then the driver of the bus tried to hit me with the side of the bus by driving it wavy and rashly with the full speed of the bus, and I managed to protect myself somehow and had a literally razor-sharp escaped at that time.
      Few kilometers ahead when the bus stoped at the red light, I asked the driver, why did you do this?, he behaved very very rudely and said "MAI TEREKO JAB HORN DE RAHA THA TO TOONE RASTA KYON NAHI DIYA".
      I am asking, is there any law if the DTC drivers if they will not get a way to drive the bus ahead then they have authority to kill the innocent people.

      IT IS SIMPLY A ATTEMPT TO MURDER CASE .

      At last, can I hope A strict action to be taken to this particular Driver or I should go to the higher most authority where I can get the Justice?

        I want to say you that the service of dtc buses on Azadpur-Narela bus service via Holambi and Bhorgarh route is very much less.
        No. of dtc buses along this route is very much less.passangers have to wait for a long time for the bus on this route.
        I request you to kindly increase the no. of buses of route no. 103,175,112 etc.

        narela is a big subcity...after rohini n dwarka..dtc bus service is the biggest problem in narela... 3-4years ago..there is more no of buses in narela to isbt or kashmiri gate or delhi university...via..bhorgarh..holambi..alipur...but today the condition is very much disaster...
        there should be more and more no. of buses in bhorgarh because it consists off industrial area...
        lakhs of people suffers from this huge problem..there is poor dtc department in narela bus depot..nobody works for the benefits of bhorgarh commuters...
        i want answer from the delhi govt..transport minister or department...WHY WE PEOPLE SUFFERS?

        sir i am a student so i have to travel daily but i am not able to reach at destination on time because of lack of DTC bus service. So please provide us some better service of dtc buses. route no are 516, 523. As everyone know that private buses permits are already finished but yet they run their buses on that route and earn much money. so please give us better service and earn money for dtc and delhi government.Trust me its the best rout which can earn lot of money money for you
        sir i am student and today i took bus from gtb nagar(kingsway camp) for b y pass...bus was going to narela.I asked the conductor to give two tickets for by pass..i gave him 100 rupees and then he said you keep sitting i will give you the balance money later on.i said ok..then when by pass came...i was continousely asking him..please give me my money...he again said ...(madam aap niche utro mein fir deta hoon)...when i stepped downi...bus ran away...and he didnt gave my 80 RS...please believe me...this is not a right way...nw pls help me what shoud i do...shoul i go to gtb nagar stop again..ang wait for him..please tell me what shoud i do...

        Delhi Bus services — lack of number of buses

        In East Delhi, the biggest problem with Buses is about their frequencies and conditions too, in my opinion bus route no 205 , in noon time for this bus we have to wait around 1 hour at Kashmiri Gate. and one new thing i came to know is that bus no 335 , after 12'o clock they all are busy with School services means in this time we have no other options. So we have to change the routes which are not convenient for us because it takes alot of our precious time.. and due to the LESS number the condition of buses are becoming WORST.... and In East Delhi mainly near loni,Up border there are NO PROPER bus stands, it depends on mood of Drivers either they want to stop or not and even after the indication of passengers . the same thing happens with me at last i have no other option to complaint against again them.. This problem can be solved by increasing in the number of buses... Pay attention to my problem..

          Consequently the incidents of dog bites have also been on a rise since.Adding to the trauma of victims is the cost of medication.It has become impossible for children and senior citizens to even walk peacefully on the road.I would like you to look into the maater with a sense o[censored]rgency.

            I am a resident of F block Mahavir Enclave III New delhi, I want send you a complaint against DTC Driver on behalf of students,
            According to the student when they reached to stop and waiting for bus rout no 801 & 718 Driver never stoped the bus for student and removed the display board this is a routine practice by the driver I want to ask to DTC as public transport what is the primary duty of the DTC driver and how can reach the student to school if driver not stoping bus at the stop.

            Rout no 801 & 718 timing 6.30AM to 730.AM stop Mahavir Enclave III New delhi.

            Pl help to the student and advice to driver Pl take ownership towards their duty.

            DTC — NON AVAILABILITY OF BUSES-166

            Dear Sir,

            Kindly arrange the proper timimg of bus route no-166, during the peek hours there are no buses available and we have to wait for around half hour for the bus and then the bus that comes is fully loaded.
            kindly consider our problem and arrange for a few more buses at a fixed time with regular interval.

            Rout no. 166 ki services is very poor, please kuch kijiye, nizamudin or palika bazar se shalimar bagh ki tarf 9.0 to 10.00 tak koi 166 bus nahi hai jisse office pohuchne main 1 hours late ho jate hai aur rooj half day lag jata hai, ye rooj ka routine hai. aap is complain per koi action nahi le rahe hai, 166 bus jab bhi ati hai to 3 bus saath-2 chalti hai jiska koi fayda nahi hai, kam se kam 10-15 minutes ka distance hona chahiye, kisse koi bus nikal jati hai to 10-15 minute me dusari aa jayegi, please is complain par dhayan de, sabko bahut problem ho rahi hai, bus me itni bhid hoti hai ki chadne wale chad nahi pati aur utarne wale utar nahi sake, kisi ka chasama tute jata hai kisi ka kuch gir jata hai.

              we borded dtc bus route #567 from paschim vihar to panjabi bagh central market regd. # of bus DL1PC7285 enroute to Lajpat Nagar on 30/01/2011 at 10.50am.
              sir,as we are senior citizen ,werequested the driver to take the bus to its original route via central market panjabi bagh, but the driver paid no heed instead started to misbehace with passengers.
              kindly, pay heed to the matter as there already meager bus service at paschim vihar.
              we are sure the concerning authorities will pay heed to it & take neccesary action in the matter.

                Delhi (DTC) bus conductors are generally rude (except one or two) :

                1 - The pathetic conductors occupy two seats and don't allow any one to sit on the other seat. When you request them politely, they get into a fight and don't allow you to sit. They offer all kinds of stupid illogical explanations for their rude behaviour, that have become synonymous with Delhi.

                2 - The new ones are not even trained properly. The drivers don't know the routes and ask passengers for directions !!! The new conductors dont know the price for the journey and try to be on the safe side by asking a higher price(but not for their person gain). Interestingly, they dont ask people who claim to have bus pass. But, they cut a higher price ticket for you !

                3 - The conductors generally dont have punching - tool to punch tickets. So they keep fumbling with the tickets. So much money on swanky buses...but no punching-tool !

                4 - The conductors generally dont have proper bags to store money. ALSO THEY FOLD/ABUSE CURRENCY NOTES (10,5,20 ETC). A lot of people travel in buses and so, the whole city ends up with badly damaged notes !!!

                ALL this and more in the CAPITAL OF INDIA !!!

                NONE OF THIS EVER HAPPENED IN THE GLORIOUS STATE OF MAHARASHTRA.NOBODY IS PERFECT. BUT ,I HOPE THAT SOMETHING IS LEARNED FROM THEM.

                JAI MAHARASHTRA !!!
                I FORGOT TO ADD THIS --- dont even bother to call up their complaint cell. The same useless people sit in the higher authority. So all your complaints will probably be useless. No wonder people are rushing to the (generally) more civilized and loving MAHARASHTRA.

                  Dear Team,

                  Would like to inform you that it has been always observed that DTC bus drivers do not stop there buses on bus stops, even if we give hand to show them that we want to board the bus and same for deboard as well, we need to get down from runninu bus only at bus stop. I am facing this problem on outer mudrika route, 879 & 761 from peera garhi to District center. Please take some strict action against this.

                    This is my second complaint against DTC BUS

                    I reside in Budh Vihar and commute to Rajendra Place for work everyday. Unfortunately only bus route 944,962 are two variables available to me. Route 962 which direct for me have very few buses and I request that the frequency on this route specially during morning and evening rush our be increased. Route 944 though indirect for me for some unexplainable. Reason the buses are few and for between in the evening time. Kindly increase the frequency of 944 in the evening.

                    THERE IS A LESS FREQUENCIES OF DTC BUSES ROUTE NO 182A FROM SUKHBIR NAGAR TO ISBT, WHICH IS ONLY ONE ROUTE WHICH GOES FROM INDERLOK FROM SUKHBIR NAGAR THERE IS ONLY 3 OR 4 BUSES WHICH RUNNING ON THEIR ROUTE, AND WE ARE FACING GREAT DIFFICULTIES DUE TO THIS PROBLEM, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND TAKE PROPER AGAINST T, WE SHALL BE HIGHLY OBILIZED TO BE THIS ACT OF KINDNESS.

                    Improve Frequency & Extend Route No.140: Restart Route No. 183: Improve Frequency & Extend 985

                    Dear Sir,

                    Namaskar.

                    There is no satisfactory improvement in DTC 140 routes yet. In morning there are few buses operated by Rohini 4 depot but in evening there is unreliable service. There is No schedule (Fix Time) time of aforesaid route. Commuter reaches their destination by many changes. The precious Time and Money is wasted. Take example of Delhi University North Campus student and staff worse affected, especially ladies due to irregular service of route 140.

                    This bus route is not sufficient. The route not solves purpose of Rohini 16, 17, 11, 15, 18 and 19. DTC opinion is about these sectors Commuters are only concern with Mori Gate? DTC think People of these areas no concern of rest of Delhi?

                    Many times 140 drivers not go to Mori gate terminal(Ternate Point) they take U turn from Nitya Nand Marg, people waiting at Mori Gate get disappointed; DTC staff not takes this route seriously, DTC is purposely spoiling this route.

                    Buses of Rohini 4 (DL1C 1311, DL1C 1219 etc) depot are using in route No. 901. Route No 901 is abounded bus service of DTC fleet as well as Transit fleet is also running there. There is huge Mismanagement in DTC operations. DTC purposely compel to use private Vehicles and create traffic jam problem in Delhi. If you have not buses: engaged Transit (Cluster) runs 140 regularly.

                    Please send me Timings Table (Up & Down) of route 140 not round (25 Rounds) information and please don’t misguide giving incomplete information.

                    There are two another 2 routes in our vicinity that is Route No. 183 and 985 (4 Round Is Insufficient, Rajindra Nagar R Black is Incomplete Route, Please extend to Shivaji Stadiun) which are disappeared. Please restart route No. 183 using cluster buses.

                    Most of low floor buses Physically in worse condition, Repair is not undertaken, AC’s water is seeping in side buses, Fans are not working or Stolen or fitted Non Ac Bus Driver Seat, Ceiling ventilation Cover are Disappear, CNG cylinder naked at roof (Please Use Drone to Identify), Seat Hand rest are broken or stolen or reshaped, front door relay cover is disappears.

                    Example: - Route No. 140 Non AC (DL IC 8526 Rohini 4 N) Both Ceiling Ventilation Cover, front Door passage Relay Cover is Disappears, etc.
                    Please extend as soon as the Route number 140 to Kamla Market (New Delhi Station Gate No.2) or Shivaji Stadium Terminal. There is no significance to terminate Mori Gate. Please routes 140 extend in our vicinity to resolving purpose.

                    A B C Ext, Ltd, Ladies Spl, Etc type routes making Confusion and spoiling of main route. Eg. 879, 879A, 879B, 985, 985A, 921, 921 Ext. & so on

                      The first bus of route no.578 (safdarjang depot to Najafgarh) supposed to start at 05:40 a.m. from safdarjang depot, but I am not getting the bus in right time. I take the bus from Nauroji Nagar bus stop. Usually the bus comes at 5:50 a.m at Nauroji Nagar. On 16/12/10 I waited upto 06:20 a.m at Nauroji Nagar bus stop but did not get the bus.

                      In DTC complaint forum the number for lodging complaints is given as 24351763 which is no more a valid number.

                        I am a student of Maac...i took my bus 971 ( aircondition) bus number- DL 1P C9299 from Avantika DTC stand at near about 11 am... i gave a Rs 50 note to the conductor for a Rs 15 ticket he asked me for change and i said i dont have then he said i will give it back the remaining amount ..i seat back...when i was near to my stand i asked him to pay the remaining amount he said me dat u didnt give any Rs50 note and started using some abusive language i told him may b he forgot about it and said him please try to remember but he was so rude to me and said to me go back and seat down i will not pay u anything. he created a scene in the bus .I told him to keep the amount but atleast dont argue about this kind of cheap thing. I dont want my money back but just wana ask Govt please if some one is polite to u then u must do the same and plzz apoint some conductor who have some sense how to speak to someone as we pay for travelling and we are not there to listen any kind of abusive things of no matter. So i am very much disappointed with this incident of cheating and misbehave.So i urge to take some necessary action against the counductor.

                          This is to withdraw your attention that the validity of the college D.T.C. pass of the students of I.P. University is just for 1 month. It is difficult to get the pass renewed after every month. At least pass should be valid for 3 months, as in case of Delhi University.

                            The drivers of DTC of Route No. 473 & 313 are not following the correct route in Karkardooma area. Here the drivers move directly from Karkari Mode to Yojana Vihar and dont drive the buses from AGCR & Kiran Vihar Stoppage despite of regular request of the passengers who deboard the buses at these stoppages. It creates the problems to the resident of these area especially to girls & women. Sir I wish to beg your personal interferance in this matter at earliest.

                            DTC — Non stop

                            Today at 7.52 a.m. at Vishvidhayla Bus stop one Green Bus bearing No. DL-1P- 0187 on route no. 901 for Morigate stoped at stop. My son was running towards that bus he was slightly away 50 mtr away. Driver closed the exit gate. I did not mind. My son was still running towards in coming gate. Driver commanded door to close. My son just entered in by geting hurt from door and door was closed. DTC Authority may inform that is it right. if my son caught between the bus door then what happen. I have also noticed from 7.45 to 8.00 4 to 5 green bus come to sop but they did not stop at bus stop. passengers are running. No problem to driver. If some body request to open door they will never open door except to polic man. If green bus does not carrying bus passenger why these buses are running on road and Delhi Govt are planning to purchase new green buses. I am fully confidence every passenger will agree with my coments. I also know that No acation would be taken against driver of Bus No. DL-1P-0187. That's the main reason they have no curtsy on passengers. U may check this complain by appoint your higher officer in civil dress. I hope if it is prooved still no action would be taken only they will instruct with smiling to driver for corporation which will be effected for only one day.
                            DTC services improved fairly.
                            But still the nexus between private and dtc buses (not many) are there.
                            Instead of 'only low floor', if dtc use ordinary buses then things will improve drastically.
                            It is a social responsibility that blueline buses should be removed.
                            It is a shame to the capital.

                            I usually travel 150 kms daily.
                            I never prefer blueline unless force to do that.
                            Most of the conductors and drivers of blueline buses are drug addicts.
                            I have seen different time in blueline buses, they take liquor and drugs openly inside the buses

                            I want to grab your attention towards ill behavior of DTC bus driver of faridabad route low floor green bus no. DLIPC8051 around 10 AM dated 29 march 2011.
                            I had to board the bus from Badarpur border bus stop and he didn't paid an attention to stop at that respective stop. I even tried to stop him at Sarai bus stop in Faridabad where I reached by taking a private conveyance.He was driving so rashly putting the life of all passenger on the line as well as other commuters on the road. I finally managed to board the same bus near NHPC chowk. When I asked him about this his attitude towards this, it was really rude and as a lady it was not at all acceptable. He is a public servant and he ought to serve the same. As a responsible citizen of the country I have lodged a complaint with you, I hope you will personally look into the matter and take an action as soon as possible and oblige.

                              i dont know wut kind of behaviour is this? but i want some 1 to please look into this matter as this person can be danger for others who are driving out there.Today he did it with me next day he will do it with some 1 else?

                              DTC Delhi — rash driving of bus driver

                              I am not a commuter on DTC buses. But today (23 Feb 2012) I had experienced a trauma from which i have still not recovered.

                              I was way to my home to hari nagar and riding on ring road. Before the maya puri crossing a red light is there for
                              the people to cross the road. As the light turned red I have to stop for the commuter to pass by, at that moment
                              one the low floor DTC bus hit me from behind. The number of bus was DL 1P C0116. This incident took place around
                              8:50 am.

                              I want to register a complaint on DTC site, but could not do so.

                              It was pure on part of the driver who was driving the buses so badly. These low floor buses have good brakes, still he could not stop the vehicle.

                              The on foot/ biker and other vehicle are and danger side while commuting/driving near by the DTC buses.

                              Please take some steps to stop the drivers of DTC buses, in putting the life of the commuter/bikers in danger.

                                no buses are plying on route number 615 (from minto road to poorvanchal hostel JNU and vice versa) since the common wealth games began when the blueline buses were phased out. Now its almost 2 weeks but very less DTC buses have been put on this route and the buses that are plying also are only until Munirka (almost 7 stops before the final destination) and do not come inside the JNU campus.It is very difficult to travel till JNU with no blueline or DTC buses. Knidly sort out the matter at the earliest.

                                This is absolutely true. Frequency of 615 is very low and also most of the 615's from 8-12 AM are blue line buses which were supposed to have phased out. It is creating lot of problems for students like us. In the evenings i.e after 5:00 PM, the blueline bus is literally jampacked with no space to even breathe and again no dtc buses running at that time.Kindly bring more Green/red 615 buses during the morning and evening hours, thts wen its required.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am a daily traveller between Bhogal to Dyal Singh college. It falls under route#181. This is the only bus that plies in this route. The frequency was one in 20 minute before CWG(Either blueline or DTC). Even before blulines were banned for CWG, the service was irregular and bad. However after CWG there is no -181 visible in the road. People are suffering and nobody to listen. Travelling everyday in autos cause fortune and is impossible.

                                  I am not sure where to complain and who is the right authority!!.

                                  Kindly rectify this problem at the earliest.

                                    This is to inform that the dtc lowfloor bus " DL 1P C0420" of the route "bahari mudrika", was not stopping by the bus stops for the passengers to get down and I had to get down while the bus was half running and that too on the next stop. The driver preassumes that nobody needs to get down at the stop and when asked to stop he misbehaves.

                                    I am Ahsan and i am student and also employee in IT Company. i daily make up down from FILMISTAAN CINEMA HALL to SUPER BAAZAAR.
                                    today the above mentioned route no bus 100A.(CAMP TO KENDRIYA TERMINAL). Idont remmember the bus no only i have told the bus route no(100A) is distance between(CAMP TO KENDRIYA TERMINAL). I am so disappintoted the behaviour of Driver and Conductor even he using abuse language, he trying to hit me.
                                    the incident take place over FILMISTAAN CINEMA HALL(Near Karol bag) where i board the above mentions bus,
                                    that bus was LTD. (minimum FARE 5 Rs), i gave him 5 Rs coins suddenly he started shouted over me and raise his hand to hit me, (thank god some good commuter scold over him), i already gave him 100 Rs note to purchase the ticket the ticket no (63756 /342).
                                    I just want to know can authority take actions against that such kind of DRIVERS and CONDUCTORS who have no sence to talk even they ready to fight with student & Employee of IT Company...

                                      The total number of the latest design low floor buses on the neglected 425 route appears to be just two and, with the already erratic and now extinct Greenline killers taken off the roads, the plight of passengers on this route clearly do not matter to the bus travel-avoiding DTC officers. The entry gate is always crowded, with the lordly conductor sitting in an unmarked seat overlooking the front gallery and pontificating on the need for moving forward, the pickpockets have a field day. It is not clear as to how the top executives of the Corporation expect the old and the disabled to enter the bus from the front and limp to the middle to beg for a ticket from the high throne of the conductor surrounded by a crowd all the time and again go back to get a seat, if ever vacated by a typical North specimen of humanity. May I request the DTC to bery occasionally make unannounced trips during the peak hours by their buses? And increase the fleet on the 425 route, at least after the CWG?

                                      And, with these new buses, can the Drivers and Conductors be made to behave properly? And can the Conductors asked NOT TO SIT but to move around and sell tickets to the passengers at their stations and not compel them to flock to him and enable the pickpockets to do brisk business in the melee created by the conductor's crowded station?
