I received a courier from DTDC Whitefield Branch, Bangalore on 8th March and the courier was tampered. The pen drive inside the courier was missing. On asking about the tampered status, the manager of DTDC Whitefield branch is explaining as they have received in same manner. Now the Manager is trying hard to put the blame on the source branch from where the courier was dispatched(as they are not responsible and cant help). I have put a written complaint on source branch Dhanbad, Jharkhand from where the courier was dispatch. Still now, no results came out. This is a case of cheating and utter carelessness. When the courier was received in Whitefield, why they do not check the status of the courier?
Please let me know how to go ahead with this case.
