[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. — Missing courier content

This courier content lost complaint.

I had couriered (slipper) on 7th August 2007 to Sharjah, UAE (Airway bill no. *N91731035*) through Barton Center, Bangalore Office (BLR-098).

After 4-5 days, the packet was delivered with the key product missing.

Only brochure and CD was inside, Slippers were missing.

Since then I am following with BLR-098 and corporate office (Divya) but with fail.

I either want my product back or the compensation amounting to Rs. 3000 (cost of the product-2500 and courier charges-500).

I have wasted enough of my time in making endless calls to their offices but no positive response.
All the while they had been directing me to speak to one person or another.I have also lodged a complaint with 'css.[protected]@dtdc.com' on August 27th, 2007 but nobody responded.
I have no clue if somebody at their office flicked the content or it was lost on the way.
That is not my concern, moreover the packet reached in sealed condition with the slippers not inside!!!
