DTDC — Late delivery of Parcel..

I have given my documents to DTDCplus for delivery from Jamshedpur to Mohali(punjab) on 24thsep,11 by EXPRESS and have given RS. 200 at the condition that it is being delievered on 26thsep afternoon but it is not being delieverd till 27th afternoon. So it creates a big problem for me as their were important documents thts has been courier.. and moreover, my money got wasted..

DTDC parcel — late delivery

Late delivery of product
My sister sent me a RAAKHI on[protected] by DTDC courier service from Kotdwar (uttarakhand) to Agra. At the time of booking the company said that it will be delivered on within two or three day. but i have received the letter on 4-7-2012 i.e. long after the occasion.

It has taken 13 days to travel 450km.
