[Resolved]  DTDC — Misrouted Consignment

Sorry I am writing this mail to you. I have booked one consignment Z99444471 on 05/11/2009 from Dehradun India to Gurgaon India. Today is 09/11/2009 and I am still waiting for my consignment. Today when I called up your Gurgaon Branch office than I have come to know that my consignment is misrouted and it is lying in Faridabad India. They need another one day two deliver it to my place. What is this ???????

I have opted DTDC because I need these papers urgently and DTDC is well known courier service organization Globally. Is this is their working style and their International standard? When I want to track my consignment from your web-site I have got the message which is given below:-
