DTDC — Items missing from Parcel

I sent one parcel from Bglreto noida, declaring the contents and value of the contents. The agent declared only 1000, I told him to make it 1500, he did not do that. But the person received the parcel, the contents of higher cost were missing. DTDC persons are saying that the parcel was closed, but actually it was opened and then closed. It has been more than a month, I have been mailing them, calling them. First of all, they hardly respond and then there is no resolution provided yet. Moreover, they are telling new policies of which the agent also will not be familiar like me.

Any suggestion what chould I do next???

DTDC — Items Missing from Parcel received

Dear Sir,

I was sent a courier through DTDC service from Pune ( AWB no. P[protected] containing books and other gift items. My courier went missing and after several trails of follow up with the customer care I recieved it after 3 weeks of sending the same.
Once the parcel was recieved I found that :
1) The parcel was already opened.
2) 1 box of imported sealed cashew tin was missing.
3) 10 - 12 imported chocolates packed in a box were missing.
4) 1 Pack of imported straps used for tieing electrical wires was opened up and out of 10 only 8 were present and it was thrown in the box in the opened state.
The courier delivery boy did not want to wait till I inspected the box and left and there was no way to reach out to the courier company once he left.

This is not the first time i am experiencing this situation because earlier also books sent to me went missing and was recieved after 3 months following to several follow ups from our side.
I strongly feel that DTDC courier services are unsafe and waste and should not be given a lisence to continue their services in India at all.
There is no response from teh company even after mailing and lodginga complaint and hence I did not know where to approach for justice. Kindly help.
