My self Birendra Kumar booked a consignment of a marriage card from Noida ( Uttar Pradesh , number of the consignment : Z59706689 dated 07th Nov 2007 to Anil kumar Gupta Bokaro Steel City House no 2110 , Sector 12A , pin 827012 Jharkhand .
Today is 12th Nov 2007 and still my packet is not delivered to the destination , I had tried my best to track the consignment but no one is helping me out its very urgent sir as you know it has marriage card and need to distribute as early as possible , I am very puzzled , talked to Kolkatta office no response , I also talked to Raipur ( Miss Durgi ) they are also helpless , and here the local sender your franchisee is talking to me in a very rude manner saying that if you enquire like this I am going to stop you packet I am surprised that in stead of helping your customer is this the value service they are delivering , please help me out from all this .
On your net tracking I am getting a detail that the consignment is reached to Jamshedpur but they are deniying saying that there is no concern with Jamshedpur for the same .
