[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — DTDC courier irresponsible service (Worst experience)

I sent a valuable document via DTDC courier dated 6th Nov' 2009. It was surety bond of my company which I had to submit back to company on or before 14th of November 2009. I was continuously tracking my courier from DTDC site http://www.dtdc.in/ and on 10th Nov'09 found that my courier is coming back from Nagpur to Bangalore due to no service area. Suddenly I called DTDC on same day and politely requested to get it back because days left were too less as per my company deadline. DTDC customer executive just ignored my request and did not taken any action against request I made. The day after, I again called DTDC and asked for branch manager number. I called branch manager and told about importance of courier to me and requested for urgent action. But still things not gone well. I kept calling DTDC continuously and asking for courier but nobody reacted and just ignored my request. 14th Nov'09 were gone (the company deadline). And my company HR manager given me warning notice for not submitting surety bond as per given deadlines which directly affected my job profile. Besides, till today I did not get my courier back. (Still lot of things I experienced about DTDC are left to put up here because of length of mail. I will clear those if required.)

This was a scenario and now some Questions for DTDC courier services I am claiming for..

1) If my area is not serviceable area for DTDC then why do you booked my courier?
2)Customer prefer to courier services rather than post for getting fast service. Is it a fast service you are claiming for?
3)What is mean by Delivering Value (DTDC's theme line)?
4)Customer believes DTDC for there nationwide and even worldwide services. Is this kind of service is acceptable against your reputation?
5)Can DTDC recover my loss and mental harassment I gone through by compensating in terms of money?
6) I called DTDC 11 times in between 10th to 18th Nov'09. Isn't it sufficient number of phone calls asking for single courier? Do you expect more from your customers?
7)DTDC customer executive & manager told me, they will solve problem and call me after some time. But why dint they called me even once?
8)Whatever information DTDC posted online for my consignment number B56621497 on 10th and 12th Nov'09, Is it helpful information for customers or confusing?
9)Does DTDC know, what could happen to their customer because of their single mistake?

DTDC must be punished for this, so in future nobody face same problem and loss like me.
