DTDC Courier — irresponsiblity from DTDC

My consignment no: N91885469 was snd on 9th by me from siligudi dtdc.But DTDC didi not inform me regarding the problems that they found with my consignment ,like it being detected of electronic thing insidewhich was a musical greeting card,because of which the consignment remained held up first in dtdc kolkotha branch.Dtdc silligudi branch has been totally irresponsive there after regarding the issue and neither did they inform me the problem that occured. kindly lodge complaint against DTDC,despite being a reputed agency not able to do justice to their costumer like me. i sent a courier to banglore. after 15 days even more...they called me and asked to collect. the reason is due to address problem...not major lane number is diffrence...
i specified the phone number also on the courier...
it was working and i talked in front o[censored]'r people.
the reason they specified is that phone number is not reachable.

I sent courier to Bangalore(local) from coles park branch on 27.09.08, even after 5 days this courier has not reached the consignee, I called the coles park branch office they said it is allready despatched from our office to ganganagar branch, when I called to find out the status from ganganagar branch there were irresponsable answer from them, and valguar words been used to me. I request to take sevear action on them.
