[Resolved]  DTDC Courier — Non Delivery of welcome kit from Motilal oswal share ltd

Sir,
I have just open a Trading A/c in SBI which belongs to Motilal oswal Share ltd, after having enqired i just came to know that they have send me my welcome kit and that's dispatch no. (POD) is M49397798. And after go through DTDC's site i got surprised to see that M49397798 is already being delivered, but till today i have not received any courier from the desk of DTDC. So please take some legal step, so that can i may received my Welcome kit.

this is a rare one . most of the time, they delivery properly for corporate deal customers ( motilal is a corp customer obviously ) .
But individual/retail customers, please stay away
